"Staff is very helpful. I'm especially grateful to the cleaning staff who gave me some extra time to check out. I booked my entire trip from Maine to Danvers around a meeting at the hotel. I told the staff it might go long..and I requested some extra time to check out. They made it happen. This really meant a lot to me, I'm very grateful. I used this hotel for a conference and will absolutely come back...this Double Tree has plenty of space for conferences...which is not always the case in nearby...
