"I love this place! Tradon (sorry if I spelled it wrong) is such a nice guy! I like seeing his friendly, helpful face! I check in once a month on business since June. He is so helpful and kind. I scanned my tip card in my room and his name isn't there! Not fair! I want to tip him!! Only certain names are listed. ALL names should be listed for tips!! ALL names should be there, really. I'm handing him a cash tip in the future. He's awesome!!"

"I great hotel to stay at! Room was wonderful and bed was one of the most comfortable hotel beds I’ve ever slept in! Dinner at Portico was delicious and the filet mignon was cooked to perfection. Lots of choices to play at the casino as well! "

"This was such a comfortable place to stay with my dog. The room/suite is spacious and well-appointed. I love having the separate kitchen/living room area to cook and work in. And it was super quiet, even though I was near an exit (which was also nice). I loved being able to park my car so close to my room. And the coffee machine they have makes excellend espresso! Thank you! "

"It had many amenities of which I didn't even use for the one night stay but I would highly recommend it for anyone staying in town. It was within walking distance of restaurants and highlights of Auburn. The only thing that bothered me a little bit was the toilet was VERY low, lower than the height of the bathtub top and the bed was much softer than I'm used to but I am 67 with a bad back. Even so, I enjoyed my stay and would go there again."

"We stayed here because it was close to a venue for a celebration we were attending. They were so quick at check in and kind and even gave us a fresh warm cookie at the time of check in. The property was very nice, elegant and clean. The only complaint I had, was they had someone from housekeeping knocking on every door on our floor at 8am saying it was time for check out when people hadnt checked out yet and I said that to the employee. We went downstairs for coffee and I let the front desk staff know cause the lady kept doing it even an hour later after she knocked on our door, she kept knocking on more. Anyhoo, I believe the employees name was Erin at the front desk, she immediately told us she would address it with management and provided us a breakfast voucher which was very nice. Overall the place was outstanding!"
