Owner lives in part of house next door but he keeps himself to himself and left us to it so it isn't an issue. Great location to discover places in the area. Die Realität entsprach allen Fotos und der Vermieterkontakt verlief sehr freundlich, unkompliziert und zu meiner Erleichterung auch in Englisch.
