Very special place

Charmant apartment in Paris. Apartment very comfortable and well equipped. Belleville district is lively one, with all kinds of shops, cafes and restaurants. Underground at 200 m, 4 stations and you are in the center of Paris. We are a 5 member family, we enjoyed our holidays in this beautiful site. Absolutely recommended.

Nice Parisienne Apt

I had to go in a Congress for a short time so I picked a family apt. Its located near the Belleville Parc and its very connected to the public transport. The zone is well served by shops (Carrefour) and many place to eat mainly Asian cuisine. The apt itself is very spacious and its well sunlight. The host was very easy to talk and very precise with explanations. Well everything went smooth 😅 Perfect for 6 people (and children too) 👍

''Your'' home in Paris

The apartment is very well located in a vibrant district with lots of good restaurants, beautiful parks and easy access to the metro. The apartment itself is amazing and one-of-a-kind, you immeditely feel like at home, you feel like you are in Paris. The owner is always available to communicate with you in case of any problem. I strongly suggest to spend your days in Paris there. Enjoy it! Cordialement

Tolle große Dachgeschosswohnung!

Viel Platz, schöne Kunst in der Wohnung, wunderbare Dachterasse. Metrostation, viele (vor allem asiatische) Restaurants und Supermarkt ganz nah. Super ist der Tiefgaragenstellplatz, der zur Wohnung gehört. Sehr herzlicher Empfang! Wir (eine 4-köpfige Familie) waren sehr begeistert!

Charmantes Appartement, viel Platz

Sehr außergewöhnlich , zentral und die Gegend ist interessant , abseits vom Touristenrummel . Viele Restaurants in unmittelbarer Nähe ( der Thai im Erdgeschoss, super !!!!) 3 Minuten zur Metro. Ein Supermarkt ebenfalls in 2 Minuten und viele Bäcker. Empfehlenswert!

Tranquillo e spazioso

"Una casa davvero accogliente, con tre camere da letto matrimoniali, wc separato dalla doccia (cosa che può tornare utile se si è davvero in tanti), cucina con utensili completi e quindi comoda per cucinare in tranquillità. Abbiamo soggiornato in 3 coppie e c''era spazio davvero per tutti, non abbiamo mai avuto problemi a contenderci il divano o le sedie. E'' davvero caratteristica, con tantissimi libri, un soppalco con un ulteriore letto e la tv, un terrazzino...insomma davvero speciale! Consigliata se si è in tanti, comoda perchè vicino alla metro Belleville dove transitano due linee; nelle vicinanze ci sono due piccoli supermercati e tanti pub e ristoranti cinesi, oltre a molti fast food. L''unico neo è che c''è molta vita notturna, quindi potrebbe dare fastidio il rumore, ma niente di insopportabile. Nel complesso davvero un bellissimo appartamento che consiglio a tutti vivamente in caso di soggiorni lunghi. La proprietaria è stata davvero disponibile e gentile dalla prenotazione alla fine del soggiorno. Assolutamente consigliato!!"
