"I had a 4 night stay in a single bedroom with twin single beds for me and my daughter. I have lung cancer and snore rather loudly which meant my daughter couldn’t sleep. I went to concierge to explain my situation and Edgar was on duty. I explained my situation and in a flash, he had spoken to the manager who couldn’t do enough for me, and offered a complimentary suite for the remaining 3 days. They put a single bed in the lounge and this was all done by the time I had packed up my old room. He also helped me out throughout my stay with recommendations on activities and places to see. Edgar is such a genuine and empathetic person who is a huge credit to the hotel. Thanks for everything. "

"Hotel was really good. Weather was not. We enjoyed our trip and we got upgraded to a junior suite. There was a permanent noise though like a plant room as below the roof top pool but we got used to it. "

We came to Malta to celebrate our daughter’s first birthday, so before arrival we asked if we could get a room on higher floor so it won’t be so noisy from the street. At the arrival we got room on 8th floor and in the room there even were some balloons for baby. It was so lovely! The view from the balcony was just amazing! Highly recommend this hotel! "
