Nice studio with kitchenette and bathroom 50 meters from the town beach. the square, where bars, restaurants and all the main shops are located, can be reached by going down only 15 steps and covering 20 meters on foot. therefore the apartment is absolutely functional and easy to reach due to the conformation of the town.

Highly recommend this place to anyone thinking about visiting Amalfi. It’s a short 15 minute walk to Amalfi. We loved staying in Atrani since we didn’t need to be with all the tourists. Amazing!

Nice town easy access to Amalfi. Bathroom needs paint and be aware parking is expensive. Next to town square in Atrani, which has small town feel. Low stress getaway.

Francesco was super helpful with our stay, arranging a taxi to pick us up from the airport and to take us back. The apartment was close to everything and was very clean! Recommended for a great price!

Great Location and Host
Francisco was a great host. He was responsive and helped us with all of our travels outside of Atrani. The location was perfect. It was a two minute walk to the beach and restaurants and a ten minute walk to Almafi which is a bigger and busier town. Atrani was great because it had the best beach and it was much quieter than Almafi and Positano. I would stay here again.

The best host! So accesible to the Amalfi Coast
Francisco was the absolute best host we could ask for! He was very communicative from early on in our trip and helped us to through our arrival. The apartment was comfortable for a pair, the laundry was super convenient, and the place was definitely clean. Atrani is super nice with a few great restaurants and walkable to Amalfi, where you can then easily get ferries & buses to whatever other towns you’d like on the coast. Francis helped us out many times with transportation, organizing a morning transfer to Naples and helping us get a reasonable taxi down from Sorrento after getting stuck over there and white taxis were trying to charge $300+! 10/10 if you’re staying on the Amalfi Coast and want a peaceful stay—book with Francisco in Atrani!

Property was very clean and tidy and the location was spot on. Francesco was the perfect host meeting us from the bus and arranging our transport to the airport. Nothing was too much trouble and our stay was all the better for his help. We would highly recommend this property and Atrani it’s magical.

Great stay
The property was great for us, spacious and convenient being only metres from the main square in Atrani. Francesco was an excellent host. The WiFi dropped out a couple times but to be expected in this area I think. Highly recommend.

Great location
Great location, close to piazza and beach, cafes etc. The only down side was the shower leaked onto the floor and some more cups and cutlery would have been handy. The bed was comfortable and we enjoyed our stay. The scooter rental 200 mtrs up the road was handy but we used the local bus most of the time. Be aware if you wish to go to Ravello you will have leave from Amalfi as due to a bus crash the route has been changed and only goes the long way around and of course no one tells you.

The apartment is well suited to our needs. Functional kitchen. Close to relaxing dining. Interesting destinations for walking. Pompeii is an easy day trip. Parking is about 1.5km away, but that was not an issue for us. Host was friendly, helpful and responsive. I would recommend to anyone, except those with mobility issues.

Francesco did a great job of communicating with us. He was also able to give us recommendations and help arrange transfers. One of the best hosts! The property is spacious and walking distance to Amalfi. The only thing that I wish was different about the property is a door for the shower.

Exactly as expected. Very close to town centre (20 second walk). Host was very helpful and met us for check-in. We also changed our check-in time with about an hour notice (caught an earlier ferry) and the host was very accommodating. He offered good recommendations on restaurants and to help us set up rentals if needed. The unit itself was clean and secure. Fit our needs well for our time in Atrani (we used the washer/dryer but not the kitchen as we ate out the whole time).

Dungeon!
Husband called this the “dungeon”. Cold and damp unless the heater was on full blast. Cold showers. Location was good, neighbors were amazing, Francesco was amazing and helpful. Although website states “parking”, there is hourly parking until midnight if you can find it; otherwise you need to park in a garage 15-20 minutes away at 30 euros per day. Alright place stay if you get a smoking deal!

Perfect location for your Amalfi trup
Very much matches the listing- not the newest or cushiest stay but 100% gets the job done. The location and hospitality of the owner make it totally worth it as well. Located less than a 10 minute walk into the heart of Amalfi but outside of the chaos that Amalfi brings. Atrani has the cutest and most delicious restaurants and that true local Italian feel where everyone knows everyone. I also have to add that the walk to Amalfi is almost flat as well which is super nice. Francesco met us and walked us to the apartment which was a nice touch and showed us where everything was. Not super well equipped (ie. not wine opener or laundry pods) but nothing that wasn’t advertised. Would stay again.

Atrani is the place to be!
We were delighted with our stay in Atrani which is just a 10 minute walk from the town of Amalfi.. Nestled on the stunning Amalfi coast, this rental is a quaint and mostly comfortable retreat that offers an ideal base for exploring the breathtaking surroundings. The property, although not luxurious, provides all the essentials for a pleasant stay.Francesco’s apartment is just a one minute walk to great restaurants and a 3 minute walk to the beach. Francesco gave us great directions to meet him (albeit a bit of a hike with suitcases but Italy is not flat - recommend taking the pedestrian tunnel) and gave us a good summary of the amenities in his apartment. Loved that it had air conditioning and a washing machine. No laundry soap but there was a market a minute from the apartment where we purchased some and left it for the next renters. As reported in previous posts, after showering a lot of water gets on the floor. Francesco gave us a great recommendation for a restaurant “Le Palme” which was a gastronomical delight and we ate there 3 times in 3 days.

Worst experience possible!
We booked this place for 4 days in Aug 2023, and had to leave 2 days early because this property is nothing like it has been described on VRBO. The host still has not given refund for the other 2 days. The photos on the listing are MISLEADING, it's no where close to cleanliness. Not sure how the host is a "premier host" when the place is the dirtiest place we have ever stayed at. Pillows were yellow, with dirt and hair on them. Mattress would sink in when you lie down. Dirt on the floor as if he didn't even make an effort to clean the place. My wife wanted to wash her hair and after 2 mins of getting warm water from the shower it would turn cold and that's it, enjoy the cold shower! Good luck booking this place in winters. Also, the host sits in the plaza smoking and chatting ,apparently has no other work to do and it looks creepy as if he's keeping an eye on his guests. It's uncomfortable! Being available for your guests is different than just sitting there the whole day and you see him when you exit the place all the time. The only + point of this place is the location and proximity to Amalfi town. That's all, nothing else! Please do yourself favour and save your money by not booking this place.

Wonderful host and great location, but missing some comforts
This apartment was super cute and the location was wonderful! We were close to the central area in Atrani, all the shops and restaurants were only a few steps away. We were also thankful to have a washing machine, as we had a coffee spill and ended up needing it! Francesco was a wonderful host - he waited patiently for us to arrive (it was quite the process because of football parties going on in various towns on our way there) and made the check in process seamless. We were missing some comforts though - there are no toiletries provided (we thought perhaps this was standard in Italy, but when we continued through the country we were provided with them in every other property). The plaster seemed to be coming off the walls/ceiling in the bathroom, so our toiletries and the countertop were covered in a white powder each morning. It was also very close to the clock tower and the bell rings every 15 minutes, so bring really good earplugs if you want to get some sleep. It was really humid (lots of rain when we were there, not the fault of the property) so our shower towels never fully dried. The water leaks out of the bottom of the shower, so we had to use one of our towels to mop up the leak after each shower. Our wet shoes also made a bit of a mess when we came home each day. There was a mop left by the door, I'm assuming for this reason, but a mat at the entrance would have made a big difference and would have saved us from mopping each time we returned.
