Spacious Victorian Main House with Luxury Kitchen in Beautiful Historic District

Stay at our Victorian beach home built in 1920. Refurbished Victorian charm! Fresh paint, refinished floors, seven bedrooms containing 3 king size beds, 2 queen beds (1 on the first floor), 1 full bed with a twin trundle day bed in room, twin size bunks sleeping 4 in one room. Updated bathrooms and kitchen and all only a few streets to the beach! That’s why you'll want to stay at the Lucky Lady.

You WILL NOT feel cramped in our home with seven spacious bedrooms with three full bathrooms.

Our updated kitchen is sure to delight the family chef as well as please the crowd with state of the art extras such as a 36" six burner gas top, a pot filler, a range hood with warming lights, a DOUBLE OVEN, 33" refrigerator only in the kitchen with a full size refrigerator/freezer in the pantry (yes, we have a pantry too) and great work flow that is open to the dining room. The dining room/living room area features a bar with a sink and beverage refrigerator. The living room has a large screen smart TV over an electric fireplace that offers heat should you need it or enjoy the ambiance of the glow.

Our gracious porch is a quiet place to relax and enjoy the exquisite breezes. If you are not on the beach, eating or sleeping, the porch will be your favorite place to hang out. You’ll find yourself relaxing in a quiet, serene neighborhood and blessed to be close enough to hear church bells ring.

Each of the 3 floors offers sleeping space and a full bathroom.

Each of the bedrooms are delightfully large with 3 king size beds, 2 queen size beds, 1 full size bed and a bunkbed room.

The full size bedroom also has a daybed with trundle offering 2 more sleepers to this room.

The bunk room is a bedroom equipped with one set of bunkbeds and one twin bed.

One of the king bedrooms also has a twin bed.

Ocean City Historic District is a wonderful wholesome neighborhood. It’s perfect for any size family but geared towards a large family or group interested in a beach vacation. You’ll enjoy the greenery and privacy. Take advantage of the farmers market and pony rides on the Tabernacle grounds 1/4 block away. There is so much to see and do in the original HEART of Ocean City.

Our lady is gracefully updated and centrally located to beach, boards, Wonderland Pier, bay, parks, tennis, churches, shops and restaurants.

4 easy blocks to the beach, boardwalk. 3 houses to the Tabernacle greens. Three blocks to playground, tennis, basketball courts, soccer field, track and shuffleboard.

Relax on your own covered porch. You can save money and enjoy more family time by cooking in our well stocked kitchen or have the chance to enjoy the leftovers from that great restaurant.

You will be situated in the Historic District in Ocean City, New Jersey. You will enjoy the pleasant tree shaded neighborhood.

Beautiful roomy house in great location
Our extended family of 12 had a great week at this beautiful home in Ocean City. There was plenty of room for everyone to spread out and have their own space before gathering together again in the dining/living area and on the amazing porch. Super close to shopping/restaurants/boardwalk. The farmers’ market was a family favorite.

Property was extremely clean and spacious, convenient to farmer's market, high school track for my sons to workout, boardwalk and beach. Kitchen had everything we could have wanted. Plenty of parking. Easy check-in and check-out. Would definitely consider staying here again next year!

We had a great time!
The amount of dishes and cooking utensils was great. Two refrigerators gave plenty of room for drinks and food! Space was good. Family walked to beach and boardwalk every day but one.

This was a wonderful rental. The owner, Monique, was very helpful and accommodating. Our family appreciated the roominess and comfortable feel, even though we were a large group. It made for a great family experience.

Great for family reunions
Great location- only a 10 minute walk to the beach. The house had everything my extended family of 17 needed and more! Plenty of space for everyone. Nice big dining table! We loved hanging out on the beautiful porch. The kids enjoyed the added bonus of toys and board games stocked in the family room. Monique was very responsive! We would definitely stay here again!!

Family Vacation
This beautiful house has all we needed for a lovely vacation with all our kids and grandchildren. They rode their bikes around town and walked to the boardwalk at night. The kitchen was well stocked. Aldi 's delivered the groceries which we stored in the two refrigerators. The young ones loved the bunk beds room. Nice porch where we could sit in the morning and evening.

This property needs a lot of work before it is ready for renters at the rate that they are charging.
Showers are discolored and have mold on shower curtains. Dryer needs to be run multiple times before drying a load of laundry. One of showers is held up by a shoelace. Banisters on stairs are not secure. Seating in living room not comfortable and dirty. Refrigerator I emma gone unusable and has dirty filter. Outdoor shower not enclosed. Very disappointed in this house especially for the price and being 6 blocks from beach!

Nice old home in town!
A group of 9 of us (8 adults, 1 toddler) stayed here in September. The weather was not great so we spent a lot of time in the house. It has an excellent floorplan for groups because there are bedrooms on the 3rd floor and 2nd floors, allowing good noise separation for those who sleep longer or go to bed earlier. It was slightly inconvenient to not have a bathroom on the first floor, especially for my senior father. There are a lot of stairs involved with this house so it's not a great pick for older folks who have any mobility challenges (or just tire more easily). The house is fully furnished and works well for a group of 8 or less - I am not sure any more could have fit comfortably. It could use some new(er) kitchen items - the pots were old and scratched and the handles were loose. There's a big stain on the front of the fridge, some loose railings on the stairs, etc. No big deal really (its a rental afterall), but it gives the house the feeling of being a bit dated. It also probably needs a deep cleaning now that the rental season is ending. The livingroom carpet had an odor and needed a shampoo. The owner and caretaker were responsive and helpful, though, and made communication very simple. We had no major complaints and enjoyed our time here. It's a good crashpad for a beach trip - 10 minute walk to the boardwalk. It was also great to have tennis courts around the corner and to be able to walk down to Asbury to the shops. Everything's nearby -- very good location. Thanks!

There was so much space for all of us (7 adults and 4 kids). the spacious front porch was amazing for night time relaxing after the kids went to bed. Easy walk to shops and the boardwalk.

Ocean City Family Vacation
Monique‘s home was beautiful. Spacious updated but still had some charming original features including railings and hardwood floors. A typical Ocean City home that was able to accommodate our family! We enjoyed going to the farmers market that was very close by. Great for families and young children lots of activities to do in Ocean City!

Beautiful Spacious Home
This home was fantastic. The kitchen was well stocked and had everything you could need for preparing meals. The only quirk was the freezer space was a little small. The bedrooms were the largest we've ever stayed in in Ocean City and having the linens provided was a nice bonus. The home was close to the boards, downtown, the farmer's market and Ocean City Tabernacle. I was a little worried it was going to be in a busy area, but the street was remarkably peaceful. By far the best space was sitting on the front porch, where we enjoyed the ocean breezes and spending time with family and friends every day. I would highly recommend this home!

Wonderful family place to stay
The rental was super clean and very well equipped with appliances and utensils. Having two full sized refrigerators was wonderful. Only comment is that the 3rd floor shower is within the jacuzzi tub and you have to be very careful getting in and out. But, all in all, a wonderful place to stay.

Just What We Wanted
We’ve stayed before in the 1st floor apartment as a smaller group, but we wanted to get the whole family together for a vacation. We had plenty of room and everything we needed. Monique is wonderful to work with and I would stay here again if I can get everyone together. It was a perfect week at the beach.

This renovated Victorian was a big hit with everyone. It is centrally located for the shops on Asbury, the surf beach, and the boardwalk amusements. With the seven bedrooms we could fit my siblings and all our families. We will be coming back again!
