Enjoy beautiful sunrises, peaceful ocean views, and gentle sounds of the waves. Our beach home features newly renovated kitchen & baths, outdoor decks with ocean views, a cozy fenced-in backyard patio with table & chairs, gas BBQ grill, a new outdoor shower, and amenities such as beach chairs, fresh linens, free WIFI & more!

OUR RESPONSE TO COVID-19:
The house is thoroughly cleaned and sanitized between guests. We use a professional cleaning company that follows CDC guidelines. While we take every precaution to ensure the house is clean, we recommend that you continue to practice safe social distancing, disinfecting of high-touch surfaces, and hand washing during your stay. Cleaning supplies are available in the house for guests.
WHAT WE LOVE ABOUT OUR HOME:
We love the location! The nearby beach is an easy walk (approximately 1 block or about 6 houses). We enjoy waking up every morning to a beautiful sunrise and having a cup of coffee while soaking in the ocean's peaceful view and gentle sounds.
ABOUT OUR BEACH HOME:
Our townhouse has 3 floors. The 1st floor has 2 bedrooms and 1 full bathroom. Bedroom #1 has a queen-size bed, closet, and tv. Bedroom #2 has two twin size beds, a closet and tv. The 2nd floor has the kitchen, dining table, living room, tv, and powder room (half bathroom). The 3rd floor has the master bedroom with a king-size bed and an ensuite bathroom with a shower and soaking tub. Each floor has a deck with outdoor seating. Our property also has a cozy, fenced-in backyard patio (not shared) with a propane gas BBQ grill, patio furniture, and a NEW outdoor shower. The driveway has space for 2 cars, with additional free parking nearby. Perfect for family get-togethers, meeting up with friends, or working from home.

ABOUT BRIGANTINE:
Brigantine is a quiet, charming beach community and is not a beach party town. There's no boardwalk and minimal bars, most stores are not open late-, and the night times are very quiet. The beach is clean, with friendly people, and the local small businesses usually go above and beyond to serve their customers.
PARTY AND NOISE DISCLAIMER:
Our next-door neighbors are friendly, quiet, and respectful. We enjoy sharing our home with like-minded families that value peaceful family environments. If you're looking to host a party or go wild and make some noise, I'm sorry, our home is not for you.
Many of our neighbors live here full-time. Our dedication to them and the community is that we will not allow a party house, excessively loud/disrespectful guests, or any illegal activities on the property. We will strictly enforce all rules related to outdoor & indoor noise levels, quiet times, parking, & occupancy levels. Any violations of ours or city regulations may risk security deposit forfeiture. The City of Brigantine also does not tolerate party houses, illegal activities, or noise complaints. Brigantine Police have issued summons and fines in the past to renters AND homeowners!

DAMAGE OR LOSS FEE:
Any damage, loss, city fine, excessive use, or abuse of utilities (i.e., cable TV, gas, electric, or water) may be subject to additional fees, which would be requested and paid through the resolution center.
