• This house is located on the ground floor with 1 step to enter
• There are not shared spaces at the house with anyone else.
Other things to note
• Must be 25 + yrs old to book.
• All staying or non staying guests must not exceed 8 persons (not including under 2 yrs old) during the entire stay due to fire and safety ordinances. This will be verified prior to guest entry, throughout stay & upon checkout.
• Pet policy: Max 2 dogs only with breed restrictions. Must disclose breed and weight of dog prior to booking in message to host. All dogs must be house trained. Must add dog(s) on guest reservation page prior to booking reservation which will include $100 pet fee. This is for your dog(s) to occupy the property as a guest, not used for additional cleaning and/or damages. All dogs must be house trained. Absolutely no other types of animals other than dogs which includes emotional support animals due to severe allergies no exceptions - (please find other accommodations). Dogs must never be left unattended or must be crated if left alone. Guest is responsible for providing crates and puppy pads if leaving for an extended period of time. Excessive barking is prohibited. This will be met with a friendly warning and must be rectified immediately. Dogs must be leashed at all times when walking along the property for community safety. Dogs must be taken off premise for bathroom use with immediate pick up.
• No smoking (cigarette, cigar, marijuana and/or vaping) of any kind inside the property. Detection monitors inside the unit. $1000 smoke remediation deep clean charge for damages, immediate cancellation and guest removal from property. Smoking permitted outside in designated areas next to smoking outposts.
• No events, no house parties, no after prom/senior week rentals, or bachelor/ bachelorette style parties. Any unauthorized event or party is grounds for immediate cancellation of reservation, authority involvement and physical removal of guest’s and their property from the premises.
• Quiet hours 10PM to 8AM. Decibel detection monitors located inside the premise. Violation of noise ordinance will be met with a friendly warning. Failure to heed warning(s) may result in cancellation of reservation, authority involvement and/or physical removal of guest’s and their property from the premises.
• Early checkins and late checkouts when available and reserved are not guaranteed and will be refunded if unable to accomodate. When available, $50 for 2pm early checkin and 12pm late check out. Extended late check out please ask. Failure to check out on time may results in $100 late check out penalty plus for each twenty-four (24) hour period (or any portion thereof) that you overstay, an additional nightly fee of up to two (2) times the average nightly listing fee originally paid.
• Beach sand must be removed by outside shower or outside hose prior to entry. Any sand accidentally brought inside must be vacuumed immediately.
• All guests are encouraged to purchase travelers insurance prior to booking. Review and fully understand cancellation policy prior to booking. No exceptions.
• Please understand this is a family vacation home. Please respect all neighbors private areas and quiet hours from 10pm to 8am to ensure communities use & enjoyment.
