Perfect location -- near the 9th street bridge for quick and easy getting on/off the island! Park your car and walk to everything that Ocean City has to offer! You will be a short walk to the beach, bay, parks, and downtown. Plus the OC bike path starts only a block away. This top floor, spacious unit was custom built with a gourmet kitchen, stainless steel appliances, huge granite island. The kitchen is fully stocked should you decide to cook for yourself.

Enjoy breakfast, lunch, or dinner on the large covered front porch. We have lots of outdoor seating for relaxing with friends, enjoying a cocktail, or just taking in the views and weather.

Excellent - as advertised
Property was very nice, as advertised. Process was easy and communication with owner was great. Stayed in this quieter part of OCNJ to get away from some of the rowdy teens near the boardwalk and was not disappointed. Would definitely stay here again.

This space was ideal for our friends reunion (with small kids) especially because there is a wonderful park really close by. Beach was a bit of a walk with kids but manageable and the upstairs porch was perfect/outdoor safe space. Weather in September can’t be beat.

Our family had a great time at this spacious, clean, and nicely decorated beach rental! The neighborhood was lovely-having a wagon for beach essentials helped a lot with the 5-6 block walk to the beach! Hope to return next year!

Great place off the boards
With two littles, a place away from the boardwalk is great and this is the perfect location. The house is amazing with everything you have at home plus a short walk from the beach. Jim and his wife are so easy to contact and are great. This is the second year here and we are hoping to rent again next year.

I stayed here with my husband and son (age 2) my sister and brother in law and nephew age 2. We had a great time the house was beautiful and had everything we needed. It was a 5 block walk to the beach so if you have kids you need a wagon to carry! Other than that, great trip! Would stay here again!

We had a perfect stay at this property. The house was perfect size for our large family and we enjoyed our nights relaxing on the deck. The house had every kitchen accommodation you can think of. Beautiful long weekend
My family and I had an amazing time at this beautiful perfect beach home. The home was well appointed with everything that we may have needed and even offered bedding for all the beds for a small fee. The home was clean and bright and sunny . We enjoyed the large deck and family room. There was so much room with 5 bedrooms and three and a half baths. It was the perfect home for a last minute family get away. We could not have asked for more. The owners of the home were so welcoming and answered all questions we had in such a timely manner and were so kind and helpful. Thank you again Lisa and Jim for a wonderful wonderful weekend.
