Property was very nice, as advertised. Process was easy and communication with owner was great. Stayed in this quieter part of OCNJ to get away from some of the rowdy teens near the boardwalk and was not disappointed. Would definitely stay here again.

We had a perfect stay at this property. The house was perfect size for our large family and we enjoyed our nights relaxing on the deck. The house had every kitchen accommodation you can think of. Nothing was missing. The owners were quick to respond and checked up on us after our stay. Quiet neighborhood with a few blocks walk to beach and boardwalk. We loved this house!

This space was ideal for our friends reunion (with small kids) especially because there is a wonderful park really close by. Beach was a bit of a walk with kids but manageable and the upstairs porch was perfect/outdoor safe space. Weather in September can’t be beat.

A perfect vacation rental!
Our family had a great time at this spacious, clean, and nicely decorated beach rental! The neighborhood was lovely-having a wagon for beach essentials helped a lot with the 5-6 block walk to the beach! Hope to return next year!

Great place off the boards
With two littles, a place away from the boardwalk is great and this is the perfect location. The house is amazing with everything you have at home plus a short walk from the beach. Jim and his wife are so easy to contact and are great. This is the second year here and we are hoping to rent again next year.

The home was perfect. The owners were very diligent about checking in with us to make sure that we were satisfied with their home. While we did not use all of the amenities (bikes,chairs,umbrellas,etc) that they make available to their clients it was very nice to have that option. We would definitely recommend their property.
