Charming family house located 2 blocks to the beach. Located in the quiet beautiful north end of Brigantine. Three bedrooms and two full bathrooms make this a great family beach experience. Ocean View from two bedrooms. The master bedroom has a king bed, the second bedroom has a king bed and the third bedroom has bunk beds. A Living room and A Den let you spread out. The Den has a queen sofa pullout AND a Futon that's comfortable and can sleep 2. Can accommodate 8 people. A pack and play crib is available. Plenty of parking in driveway and on street. Smart TV in Living Room, Den and each bedroom streaming Roku Live TV. Central air conditioning throughout, washer/dryer on site, all kitchen appliances including Keurig coffee machine, up to 6 beach passes provided (children under 11 do not require beach tags). Bath Towels, pillows and bed sheets are included. Enjoy your morning coffee or evening cocktail on the front porch and take in the ocean air. Very short 5-minute walk to the beach! Walking distance to shops, restaurants and arcade. Atlantic City is a short cab or uber ride away!

This house and neighborhood is very family friendly. Please review the age requirements. Must be at least 25 years old to stay here. This house is not available to groups looking for post-prom or high school graduation celebrations as I care about the neighbors right to quiet enjoyment.

Relaxing, excellent stay in Brigantine!
The house was exactly as pictured, and David was available to answer any questions as needed. Nice big kitchen, plenty of places to sit, and fully stocked with linens, towels, beach chairs, etc. Perfect for our family - we’d love to come back!

Terrific beach rental!
We really enjoyed staying at David's house this summer. It's stocked with everything you need for the beach and the kitchen. Great beach chairs, umbrella, cart, etc. plus a terrific grill. David was super easy to communicate with and very responsive as we were checking in. The location is an easy walk to the beach, in a quiet neighborhood, close to the awesome farmers market on Saturdays. We look forward to staying at David's house again next summer.

We really enjoyed staying at this place, beach is so close to the house that you just gotta walk like 5 minutes and you are there. Gracias mr. David for all the good communication. Hasta luego AMIGOS.

Great location!
My family of 6 had a great week. The house was spacious and had everything we needed. It is a nice quiet neighborhood and a short 5 min walk to the beach. The house is right across the street from a school with a playground. The kids had a blast playing outside. The owner was very responsive with anything we needed!

Wonderful Vacation at the Shore
We really enjoyed our stay in Brigantine. The house was lovely, spacious, clean and comfortable. It was very nice to have beach supplies, badges, outdoor shower, and laundry available. The host was attentive and responsive. We loved the short walk to the beach and the quiet peaceful feel to beach and the town. The beach was not crowded even on the weekend. Thank you for a great stay!
