Whether you spend your days swimming, sunbathing, or surfing, you'll delight in coming home to a fully equipped kitchen, a living room with a TV and a sleeper sofa, and ceiling fans in every room. The primary bedroom has a king-size bed, while the second bedroom offers two twin beds. On-site amenities at Seaspray include an outdoor swimming pool, a kiddie pool, and grills for your enjoyment.

Would stay again!
Condo was quiet and comfortable with easy access to the pool and beach. Check in and out went smoothly and condo is located close to all the local attractions. Would rent again.

AB getaway!
Great location, nice condo. Fun decor, comfy beds and kitchen was stocked! Loved the view from the deck, and super easy to get to the beach. The condo had some fun games and was perfect for our family for the week.We had trouble with the wifi, which was a problem with trying to work remotely a few hours a day. I called and emailed the property manager, they did respond and came once, said they'd be back the next day and they never showed - or called. So that was frustrating; be sure to have hotspots if you plan to work. And some of the dishes were dirty; weird because the condo itself was very nice and clean so I think the dishwasher just didn't work well. Also, the deck furniture was pretty rusty - that may be something to upgrade when possible!

Horrible stay
I have spent many years visiting AB, renting from this very condo complex… I am extremely familiar with the units and how they are kept… I was extremely disappointed with the cleanliness with this particular unit… this has not been my experience in the past nor have I ever rented from Vacasa… I would never recommend this unit… the dishes were dirty, the fans were disgusting and the floor was completely black as if it had not been mopped… after I contacted the company the day after we arrived and woke up, they did absolutely nothing to resolve the issue. The olives were even soiled with stains of which I did send pictures to the management company as soon as it was found..We later discovered that this unit had been infested with smoke and apparently some sort of small fire.. the cabinets and ceiling were back as well as the edge of the microwave… the entire space was apparently poorly manicured after the fire. I sent pictures the entire time we were there staying in communication with the company… nothing has been done to help the comfort of our stay. I would never recommend this unit to anyone.

Lovely place!
Only in town for a short time. We usually stay at Seaspray because we like the layout and the convenience getting on and off the Island. We also love the beach there. Not crowded, and always find lovely shells. The condo was very comfortable and had a lovely decor. Beds were comfortable and the other furnishings were also great. Plenty of kitchen equipment including both a regular coffee maker and a pod type. There were plenty of games and other activities in case of bad weather. Nice laminate flooring, easy to sweep up after beach walks. I would recommend this unit without hesitation.

The actual condo was nice. A bit dated in the kitchen and bathrooms but overall pleasant. The property and the overall building very dated and very dark. Stairs are horribly dirty. No elevator at all. I did not realize this until I was there.

Great Vacation Spot
Our condo was clean and ready when promised. It was fully equipped with everything we needed. We had issues with our microwave and they immediately sent over a technician and brought a loaner microwave when it couldn't be fixed. Will definitely stay here again.

Lovely and relaxing
This condo was comfortable and perfect for relaxing and we loved the location not just for walking to the beach and but also for the nearby biking/walking trails and fishing pier. Vacasa staff were very responsive when we had questions or issues.
