The home renovation will be complete April 28,2018. Pictures of the home will be posted at that time. The home is newly renovated with tile showers, granite kitchen, new furniture. It has a large deck overlooking the ocean. The unit is a town house and this is the upper portion. The lower unit is also available for rent. The unit is fully furnished. It has threes bedrooms and two bathrooms. The kitchen is fully stocked and a washer and dryer are provided. This location would also be great for wedding venues or as a reception, please contact us for further details

My family stayed for 2 nights at this nice condo. We had everything we needed. We enjoyed the view and the short walk to the beach. Walking distance to plenty of places to eat!

We loved our stay here.
Awesome location. Grocery store and other stores close to the property. Also you are right across the street from the beach entrance. Very clean and I barely heard the group staying under us.

Location is everything
This location is amazing - you can see the ocean from the deck, and are catty corner from the walkway onto the beach. The place needs a few updates and a few things repaired/replaced, but overall enjoyed our stay!

Perfect Getaway
We felt right at home . We enjoyed sitting on the deck looking at the ocean . This home is perfect for all ages . We look forward to coming back again soon . The house has everything ready including beach towels. It is clean and well decorated!

We had the best time. Property was super close to the beach and had all the amenities we needed. My only suggestion would be adding some hooks to hang towels in bathrooms and outside. I will definitely rebook this condo again.

Beautiful charmer!
This upstairs apartment is cozy and beautifully decorated. But the view and location to the beach make it incredible! Very clean with lots of comfort. We will definitely keep this on our list of favorites!!

Perfect location
This is second time we have stayed at this cute little beach house. The location is more than perfect, the host Kim is so friendly and flexible. We even got a discount on the rental since we have rent her property before. Our only complain is the mattresses in both bedrooms need be replaced, they have zero support and uncomfortable to sleep on.

Nice three bedroom unit located directly across from the beach access! Lovely beach with lively ocean. We would definitely come again. One minor issue: code for lock box was incorrect. The owner resolved it quickly.

Super-cute beach house with a great ocean view from deck, living room, and kitchen windows. Clean and freshly painted with fun beach decor. Just steps to public beach access. Kim was great. Awesome house at Atlantic Beach
The house was all ready for our vacation . The house is spotless , it is bright and cheery . We enjoy sitting out on the deck and looking at the ocean. Kim provides everything from beach chairs to night lights!! There was plenty of room for the four of us . We appreciate that it is dog friendly . The house is a just a block from shops and a great donut shop!!

Rental was in a great location , beach and area was awesome. The only slight and I say slight problem was we could not see the lockbox at night and had some issues getting in . The numbers are all very hard to make out and there’s very little light.

We had a great time at this cozy little cottage. (That's what we called it! 🙂) Kim was great about answering all our questions and the mattress we slept on was wonderful! I think there were people in the downstairs unit, but never heard them. Loved that we could grill, hang out on the deck, and could see the ocean. We absolutely would stay there again!

Adorable, clean condo near beach access
This unit is clean and well-organized/appointed. It sits on top of another rental unit, and those tenants can affect your stay (if they are loud or smoke). Sits in a surfer corner near town of Atlantic Beach. Can see ocean from deck. Primary bedroom mattress should be replaced (can feel springs). Otherwise adorable (small) unit.

Very Clean and Allows Pets!
We stayed in the upstairs cottage. Everything was very clean. Although I have a pet, I'm always weary of what I'm walking into when a place allows pets. There was no evidence of previous pets which was nice. Bathrooms were clean! The owner allowed us to check in early with no problems. I reached out to her once before the stay and once on our way in, and she was very quick to respond. The deck is large and spacious with four Adirondack chairs and two benches. Plenty of space to keep your beach chairs/wagon and still sit around with your family and friends. And you are directly across from a well maintained beach access. The only con is there needs to be hooks to hang towels. I had to hang my bath towel on a hanger in the closet to allow it to dry. So if you happen to have an over-the-door hanger or command hooks you may want to bring them.
