Your family will be close to everything when you stay at this centrally-located, beautifully updated townhouse in desirable Club Colony Subdivision; Just one mile from Atlantic Beach Circle. Just steps to the beautiful beaches! This townhouse sleeps 8 easily. The kitchen and family area are roomy and well stocked. The beds are brand new and so comfy! Our townhouse kitchen has both Keurig and regular coffee makers, an air fryer, and new cookware! Plenty of dishes and silverware! There is a new travel crib and a booster seat for the toddlers and babies. There's even a small backyard, beach toys, beach towels and foldable beach chairs for your convenience! You will want to return to this townhouse year after year!

Perfect for a family beach getaway
We had a great 3-night stay at this lovely beach house. The beach is an incredibly easy 5-minute walk, with no major roads to cross. The house itself is pleasantly furnished and clean, with a very well-stocked kitchen and nice appliances for those who like to cook. Our young kids enjoyed the toys and books so much we didn't need to bring out almost any of our own. When we had an issue with the smart lock Debra responded instantly to help us out. It's only a short drive to restaurants and the local grocery store. Hard to say what else we could have asked for!

Great condo with close beach access
We loved our stay at this beautiful beach condo. Clean, updated and very close to the beach access. The owner was very responsive and helpful. There are two spacious bedrooms downstairs each with a bathroom and the kitchen/living area is upstairs. The back deck has nice outdoor furniture. Our family of 5 really loved the place and we would definitely come back again.

Great Place, better location!
The place was very clean and more spacious than what I was expecting. My family of 4 had plenty of room and it was a very short walk to the beach access. We definitely plan on staying here again. Debra was great also!

Cozy and breathtaking
The townhouse is beautiful, the balcony access on both sides is perfect for sunrises and sunsets. Owners had many games..my family is 3 boys..28,26,24 and we played a few board games. Shower pressure was on point! Neighbors are very nice and the accommodations by the owners was fantastic! 5 stars across the board! Will book again. To the owners: Thank you for making this a fun and easy vacation!
