BACKYARD: gazebo, patio set, fire pit for a bonfire, custom deck, lid up yard.

Fee for extending days :

Cleaners charge me a fee if I cancel and the guest extends days.
48 hours before check out: No Fee
24 hours before check out: $90
12 hours or less full price of cleaning fee.

-unauthorized parties or events will be charged for reservation and asked to leave the premises without a refund.


Additional Guests:
- 6 guests max unless additional are authorized for a visit.

Unauthorized guests will be charged extra per person or cancellation of the booking and will be asked to leave without any refunds.



Parking Spaces:

- Maximum of 3 vehicles allowed to be parked on the premises

Fireplace:

The fireplace gas requires an extra fee of 50 because some guests take advantage and run up the gas bill. We will need a request for the use of the fireplace in advance.

No Smoking policy:

Breaking the rules can result in a $1,000 or more extra fine. Only outside away from doors is permitted and disposed correctly.

Disclosure of camera Devices outside the Home:

- For your safety, the front door has a doorbell (Ring Device) that records audio and video for the outside of the house.
- It records when there is live motion outside the door, or when someone presses the Ring Button.
- There are no cameras inside the house.
-Outside in the ground pit can't be used to make fire only a metal fire table.

From Hartsfield-Jackson Atlanta International Airport:

Take I-85 N from Airport Blvd and Riverdale Rd.
Follow I-85 N to Lenox Rd NE in Atlanta. Take exit 88 from I-85 N.
Continue on Lenox Rd NE. Drive to Wieuca Rd NE.
From Downtown Atlanta:

Take I-75 N/I-85 N.
Take exit 87 for GA-400 N toward Buckhead/Cumming.
Take exit 2 for Lenox Rd toward GA-141 E.
Continue on Lenox Rd NE. Drive to Wieuca Rd NE.
By Public Transit
From Hartsfield-Jackson Atlanta International Airport:

Take the MARTA Red Line from the airport station to the Buckhead Station.
From Buckhead Station, take a short taxi or rideshare to 4187 Wieuca Rd NE (approximately 5-10 minutes).
From Downtown Atlanta:

Take the MARTA Red Line from any downtown station (e.g., Peachtree Center, Civic Center) to the Buckhead Station.
From Buckhead Station, take a short taxi or rideshare to 4187 Wieuca Rd NE (approximately 5-10 minutes).

Trash up on Wednesday morning.
