Holbrook Family Visit
This is one the first times we have stayed at a property and not had to contact the owner. The home was clean, bed was good, checkin was easy. The only thing that we found missing was general items such as band-aids, cooking oil, which of couse is very minor. The only recommended physical improvement would be to add an another outlet in the bathroom.

Positives: Location was easy to get to the home and there were surrounding restaurants and stores for convenience. The host was easy to communicate with and fast in responding. Negatives: We were entertaining customers so there were a few minor things that were a little embarrassing that I think could easily be attended to if wanting return business. This home could use more detail in cleaning especially around baseboards and doors/cupboards in bathrooms and refrigerator surroundings, as well as windows seals, and back door runners etc. The oven drawer was also very dirty. Had some minor issues as well with dishwasher not being anchored. Would recommend though, as I think the host tries hard to make it a good experience.

Perfect Peach Pad
My elderly mother and I stayed at the Peach Pad four nights at Christmas. It was as cozy and comfortable as being home. We had everything we needed. The host is also very accommodating and quick to respond. We enjoyed ourselves very much.

Everything was just as pictured.The Peach palace was home away from home. The location was excellent
We found everything in order and left it the same way The host has everything covered. She answers all questions or concerns expeditiously! I would recommend to anyone who wants a clean and comfortable, modern design home.
