Quiet Great Experience
This residence was ideal for myself and my three teenage/young adult children. It boasted all essential amenities, with the added bonus of WiFi for late-night TV sessions. The hot shower accommodated all four of us without any inconvenience, alleviating the common concern of timing our bathing routines while traveling. Furthermore, its convenient location provided easy access to numerous popular tourist attractions. Overall, it was a highly satisfactory experience. I will certainly recommend this place or consider staying here again in the future.

House of Horror
The porch has chipped paint and the front and backyard needs major landscaping done. Spider webs were in corner of the ceiling in the dining room. The place needs a deep cleaning. The shower wasn’t working upon arrival. It took 4 days for a plumber to be scheduled to replace the shower head. The house has potential it needs to maintained better. The owner was not accommodating refused any concession or refund.

Quiet neighborhood, convenient location.
The place was cozy and the neighborhood was quiet whenever we were there (we were gone most of the day for a conference). We did find a roach in one of the bedrooms on arrival, but other than that it was clean. There was no other issues other than the whole place being kind of dimly lit. We think one of the bulbs in the kitchen was out, and there were no other lights in there, so using the kitchen at night was not the best. We had to turn the laundry room light on (which was next to the kitchen) as that light was brighter. We saw a lot of broken things around the property, like 2 of the backs of the dining room chairs were cracked where the back meets the seat, but none of the other things affected our stay. It was comfortable enough for why we were there. An economical place to stay.

Car theft, unsafe neighborhood!!
I prepaid for 31 days and left after the 4th night when my brand new company issued laptop and my personal laptop were stolen out of my vehicle along with a $300 item & $140 item both new. I checked out day 5, the owner put the house back on Vrbo. I offered to pay for 5 nights but the owner refused to refund me so I’m out $2800 plus my stolen items. I LEFT BC ITS UNSAFE! DONT STAY HERE! There is only 1 door ring camera for the whole house. I asked to see the footage so I could try and see who ransacked my vehicle but you can only see 1 side of the car and my windows are tinted - they entered on the side w/o cameras! It’s an old house behind an industrial park in a sketchy area. I was stressed the whole check in day bc prop mgr/owner Marsha/Misty wasn’t responding to my attempts to reach her bc I didn’t get the key code by 8 am. After reaching out to Vrbo she responded to their call and then emailed me the code 2.5 hours before my ETA. The house is dimly lit where there is lighting and many lightbulbs were out. The front porch light went out no replacement bulbs anywhere. Only tea is provided assumably because the owner is British. I had to leave to go buy coffee pods after I unloaded my vehicle as tired as I was when I arrived. The local Kroger grocery store had an armed police officer guarding the front of the store. Upon filing a police report in East Point, I was advised to leave doors unlocked & remove valuables. STAY @ OWN RISK!

Older home needing renovations
The beds were comfortable and sheets and towels were clean. The home was much older than I expected and needs work. Looked like the floor is rotting in the master bedroom from a water leak from the shower. Living room furniture was uncomfortable, never could get the TV to work. Rules at checkout say not to leave food, or trash and to put towels in washer with laundry detergent provided... or you pay an additional $15. When we arrived there was an open bag of chips under counter, no laundry detergent available and trash was overflowing in the trash can outside. Luckily we didn't have a lot of trash to add to it. Keep your expectations low if staying here.

First time
First time visiting Atlanta and I can say this house was in the perfect location. Close to everything with easy access to freeways. Could have used some better quality trash bags and maybe some sort of pan to use in the oven

Cute cottage in a lovely neighborhood
We really enjoyed our stay! Missy was quick to respond to questions and everything was wonderful. We loved having breakfast out on the back deck, being serenaded by the birds and entertained by the squirrels. Having queen/king beds was a plus, along with the updated kitchen and Roku TV. I would suggest a big more paper goods as two rolls of TP wasn't quite enough and the paper towels were at the very end of the roll - one back up would have been nice. Other than those minor things, we had a fantastic time and would return in a heartbeat!

Cozy cottage
The neighborhood was perfect. So quite and relaxing. We had easy quick drives to the Aquarium and Stone Mountain. There was a quick drive to Super Walmart , gas stations, Chickfila and McDonalds. The house itself, the beds were comfortable and plenty of linens. We found the house clean and organized. In the kitchen, a wisk , a few more spoons and measuring spoons would be nice. Also a small suggestion, in the breakfast nook, maybe a microwave cart would be handy to open up some counter space. Overall it was a wonderful vacation. We enjoyed our stay.

Jus a lovely little house with huge rooms inside. Too cold outside to enjoy the porches and hot tub but they looked inviting. The owner was quick to answer any questions and offered helpful advice on restaurants and attractions. The beds were very comfortable. We quite enjoyed ourselves and our stay.

Treated as a tenant rather than a guest
On the surface, this property was exactly was I was looking for. A home where my family could relax and spend time together. The neighborhood was great. The size of the house was great. I have stayed in many rental houses over the past 25 years. My first task is always to locate and read the house book. This one was disturbing. It informed us that if we needed more than the two rolls of the provided toilet paper, we would need to purchase it. I wrongly assumed that this was a service I was already paying for. The book also informed us that any food left at the house would result in a fee. I always cook when we travel, that is why we rent houses rather than stay in a hotel. Our dietary restrictions make eating out problematic. When we stay in rental houses we never leave perishables, but often spices or some other nonperishable remain. Once I looked in the kitchen I knew I would have to get creative with the grocery shopping. There were three spices and some olive oil. Honestly, I'm not sure how often the kitchen is used for cooking. The cupboards are very bare. I don't mind improvising, but a spatula and a pair of scissors would have been helpful. The property owner has every right to make whatever rules they want to maintain the property. Knowing these regulations before arrival would be more honest. I would not have selected this house based solely on the food rule. That would have told me that cooking was not viable at this location. Being aware of the toilet paper rule would have given another clue about the match. This house was not a good fit for our family. It may be of use to know that we were charged for storm damage to the house. The tendrils of hurricane Michael hit the house the first night we were there. The rain poured. Apparently some of the house trim was found lose or off after our stay. I did sign the "contract for lease of residential property" as per requirement by the property owner, which means that, I was responsible for "all routine maintenance of the Property". In hindsight, I should have known that anyone who was using a tenant lease for a rental would not have a welcoming home.

Comfortable, clean and convenient
We thoroughly enjoyed staying at this property for our girl's trip. It was conveniently located. It has an amazing deck and yard which surprisingly isn't mentioned but we enjoyed sitting out there before we headed out, as well as, at night before bed. The home and furnishings are actually more appealing than the pictures which is typically not the case. I would definitely recommend this property and would stay there again without a doubt.

Great place to stay!
This was a perfect getaway. Marsha is a fantastic hostess. She stayed in contact with us both before and during our stay to make sure everything was perfect. The house and neighborhood were adorable. We had everything we needed to feel right at home. The neighborhood is very quiet. We slept undisturbed until the birds started chirping each morning. I highly recommend this house for a relaxing retreat.

A Week and a Half in East Point
The house was very comfortable and enough space for my family of four to spread out and enjoy our time in Atlanta. Just a couple amenities that would help is the door to the washer and dryer area should be replaced to close all the way, and the noisy washer should be looked into. Additional Power strips in the bedrooms would be nice.

GREAT!
We enjoyed our stay at this location! It was perfect for our family of seven. Owner was very quick to respond to all messages and very pleasant. The home fit our needs and was a quick uber ride to downtown (museums, aquarium, etc.). Kitchen had everything we needed to cook our meals. Neighborhood was quiet and clean and close to grocery store, gas station, and restaurants. I would only improve two things in the home: add a nightstand to the room with king bed for somewhere to put personal items (cell, wallet, etc.) Also, it would be nice for the AC to have already been on prior to arrival (especially during summer months). But overall, a beautiful home with plenty of space!
