HORRIBLE HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE
Horrible horrible experience, upon my family & I arrival . The house was filthy, bed wasn’t mad-up, trash along the house everywhere, left over food from previous guests in room / kitchen, palled up dishes, broken washer & dryer machine, etc. I contacted the host multiple times explaining the conditions of her home. She never replied to any text / called. Vrbo supports tried calling the host / emailing her Still no response. The best part when arriving to the house the door was unlock from the previous guest, this home is a beautiful home & has much potential. Just a bad owner who doesn’t care about her guests. Due to the inconvenience she didn’t offer anything for my family & I not even an apology. Very sad experience wouldn’t wish this on my worst enemy. response.

When I arrived at the door of the house I booked, I couldn't contact the landlord. I waited at the door for a long time with my four children, and finally I chose to go to another hotel to book a room. I will ask for a refund. Because I didn't check in at all
