I loved everything about the the stay at the residential it was Quiet ,Clean, It’s like a one bedroom apartment very comfortable ,Staff was Amazing .. ……EXCEPT…… This one ISSUE… The Residential charges an EXTRA 15 Dollars for parking a NIGHT on the same property….. We had a rain storm that lasted 4 hours, and from 12am till 4am our bathroom was flooded from leaks in roof and vents. We had 4 inches of water in bathroom and in carpet areas beside bed. It was horrendous. They only said that there would be a $50 off if I went thru the trouble through Expedia. I wish someone would reach out and make this right!

We were only there for the night for a concert, so there was very little time spent in the room. The room was clean and comfortable. The staff was incredibly friendly! Convenient parking, it’s just $15 a day. The continental breakfast was really good! I’d recommend this if you are in town for an event at Truist park. It was about a 10 min walk and felt very safe!

Outstanding Customer Service!!
We had an amazing time and the customer service is outstanding!! We were in town to go to our first Braves game. Upon arrival it was raining and we offered a shuttle to the game. The walk to the stadium was about 15 minutes which isn’t bad at all. The best part about this stay was after we left to come home. My son accidentally left his new Braves shirt and when we got home I called the desk and they found it and mailed it back to us in SC! This customer service is beyond what I would have expected from any hotel, and we’ve stayed in a lot due to travel ball with our son. I was so impressed that when we come back to another Braves game, we will definitely be frequent flyers here!! Keep up the great work and thank you so much for everything you did for getting my son’s shirt back!!

This hotel is within walking distance of Truist Park. It has a shuttle service with limited hours TO games, but you are responsible for your way home. It is a dated hotel. But it was comfortable and we had no issues.

We were in town for a Brave game. The hotel is located close and walking distance from the Truist Park. When we pulled into the lot, I thought we were in the wrong location. The buildings exterior areas are in need of maintenance and repairs. The bed had to be the hardest bed I’ve ever tried to sleep on. The room interior over all was ok. For 370 dollars a night it definitely was not worth it. Next time we will stay further away and pay for parking at Truist.
