We enjoyed staying at this property, was extremely close to the main museums/places to visit. We recommend it for any budget traveler looking to optimize their time in Atlanta.
I really enjoyed my stay and the property was very nice. The property manager was very sweet and reliable and was very patient with me ! Will definitely recommend to someone else!
The apt was immaculately clean. It looks exactly like the pictures. We stayed for a weekend and it was enjoyable. The cost could not be beat anywhere!!! The host did an awesome job communicating. .
The property is great and close to subway. Neighbourhood becomes gloomy at night. The amenities and cleanliness was great as such.

Does not sleep 5. Needs some TLC
Does not sleep 5, not a common room - it’s a hallway. Not an eat in kitchen- so no where to eat. Needs some upgrading & TLC. Will meet your needs if you just need a place to lay your head for the night
Wonderful host! Communicated well and was very kind in responses. No problems at all!
Everything was clean and as described in the listing.
Perfect location for an easy walk to MB Stadium/ State Farm Arena!
We will definitely look to stay here again as we travel in the future!
We were only in town for a short stay, it was close to our activities, clean and great price.
I would recommend specifying that it is a second floor property with narrow stairwell.
I had my parents with me and stairs are challenging so we tried to limit the trips up and down for them.

Did not stay at property
Property was not in a good neighborhood. There were police and people everywhere when we arrived. We definitely did not feel safe.
the small futon was not adequate for an adult to sleep or even a child for that matter
the screens on doors and windows were broken I prefer natural air which was not possible due to torn screens. should not be advertised to sleep three Better to be honest and have satisfied consumers. Overall we made do, host was amazing we enjoyed our stay. The place was very clean and in a great area
Great weekend spot if you’re looking for a centrally-located base for exploring Atlanta. We had 5 in our party and it was a bit of a squeeze, but that was fine for us because we spent most of our time out in the city, and mostly used the apartment as a place to change clothes, shower, and sleep.
The kitchen was well-appointed and perfect for our needs, and all of the essentials were provided. We had plenty of privacy, our stay was affordable, and it was easy to get around Atlanta from the location. If you’re looking for a cozy and comfortable place to crash while you see the city, you’re in the right place.
Great location to walk places too, about 10 minutes walk from food, Walmart, and you could probably walk to the stadium, if you felt up to it! I saw people walking further then the apartment in paid lots!
This is a no frills apartment. Location is closed to everything we wanted to see. The owner noted that it had a coffee maker, but it is actually a Keurig..
The apartment is located next to a HBCU. In the evening the campus police place movable barriers on the street that accesses the property's parking lot. If you arrive late like we did you will have to move and replace the barrier to access the parking lot. The barrier serves it's purpose, and quiets evening traffic.
Thanks Humberto!
My fiancé and I stayed for 2 nights. I personally fell in love with the kitchen which was mostly stocked with dishes for cooking, which we did take advantage of. We did have to throw away a steak knife because it was a safety hazard since the blade was falling out of the handle. Some interesting notes: there is a motion detector light in the hallway that turns on every time you enter/exit the apartment, kitchen, and bathroom. The floors are uneven, so you'll need your sea legs. There is a bright red exit sign by the back door. The only issues that we had was the Wifi didn't reach to the bed of the back bedroom and there weren't any travel size toiletries to use (but we understand that is the host's decision). Something to keep in mind: the bathroom is very narrow, so if you are a bigger person, you may have to hug the wall to sit on the toilet. We would definitely stay again if given the chance.
Comfortable, clean upstairs unit on college campus
We stayed for 2 nights to shop and attend a concert at the Mercedes Benz stadium. The house was easy to locate. I had looked up the area online prior to our arrival. Google maps is accurate. Great location close to downtown. We were able to easily navigate to where we wanted to go in Atlanta. The unit was clean when we arrived. The unit is exactly as pictured. There were plenty of amenities including paper goods, dishes, soap, extra towels, blankets, pillows. No real "living room" just a narrow hall with a couch, but we didn't need one. The bedrooms are large with several closets. Great water pressure in the shower! And almost instant hot water in bath and kitchen. The house has several units. We saw a few neighbors who were friendly. Parking was our only issue. It was tight due to the angle of the other cars but we managed to fit. Pedestrian traffic because of the college, but not noisy at night. Close to campus police building so we saw several patrols. Good communication with the owner. I would stay here again.

This property is in the heart of a college campus. You can hear every conversation and noise from other units. There is a large gap between the floor and the bottom of the front door. The back door screen is ripped up and does not latch. As the photo shows, there is a couch in the hallway between the bedrooms. If you are looking for a place with a living room/sitting area, this property does not have that. You can hear a lot of noises outside as well. Lots of loud cars driving around and people shouting.
We had to get another place to stay the night we arrived because we did not feel safe. The street we needed access to, to park in the parking lot was barricaded on both sides when we returned from dinner. The police were in the middle of the street guarding a building and were not accessible. We could hear men yelling somewhere close. There were cars driving both fast and very slow everywhere. People were running down the street and jumping in the back seats of cars.
The owner was reachable and quick to respond about our questions regarding what to do about parking. Since we could not access communication with the police and did not feel safe getting out of the car we decided to find another place to stay. I do not know if this is typical for the area. The owner said is was not. Either way, an unfortunate waste of money.
My group and I had a great time. The property was super clean with extra towels and sheets. The goodies where nice. The location was great. The response time from the owners where great! We really enjoyed our stay and would stay here again!
