Awesome Small Game Night
I booked this awesome property for my birthday game night with a small group of friends. Everything was just as it was in pictures. Booking process was simple,fast and easy. Check in/Check Out was Smooth Instructions where given ahead of time. Communication with the host was awesome he was very quick to reply which has always been a pet peeve of mine when booking a property so big thumbs 👍 for that! Love the decor and of course indoor jacuzzi and sauna where a major plus. Will be booking again soon.

When I first arrived there were piles of trash on the street buster tv in the yard floors sticky throughout house I killed a big above the bed the owner wasn’t responsive at all the tubs were nasty I have so many pictures I will be posting

Short Notice Birthday Game Night
The house is beautiful!!! So much to do. So spacious. Pool table, arcade games, connect 4. Great place to celebrate a birthday. The hot tub was the icing on the cake!! The room has the best ambience. Beautiful house. There was a bunch of trash in front which was a minor inconvenience. I couldn’t figure out how to use sauna but , besides that everything was great. Thank you for a successful birthday event

Family Christmas Vacation
We traveled there to go to Stone Mountain for Christmas festivities! The house was very close mileage wise and convenient. Everyone had fun with pool table and games. Several things bothered me, only 1 smoke detector was connected correctly. The others had no batteries or cap on them. In the room where the sauna and hot tub was there is a fuse box, inside totally exposed (no door on it) therefore we didn’t use this area (water and electricity doesn’t mix). These are things that need to be fixed immediately in my mind! Other than that, we had a great time.

Great space for small gatherings
I booked this property for a birthday dinner and party. The game/living room is perfect for socializing - aside from the pool table and arcade games theres Jenga, cards and connect4 too. The back patio was great for the smokers. Our dinner was outdoors - the backyard isn't leveled in most areas and faces the main road so we opted to setup on the side of the house instead. We didn't use the hot tub but we looked at it and it seemed pretty clean. I wish there was a few more amenities available like air freshener for the bathroom, a dishwashing pod or 1-2 extra trash bags (we took the trash out but had no bags after. All other trash cans in the house were not lined either). The check-in/check out was very easy and the Host doesn't knock you over the head with lengthy rules. Overall we had a great experience and created some good memories in this space. Thanks for opening up your home to us!

Our reservation was cancelled by the host a few hours before we were set to arrive
We never saw the property as the host cancelled our reservation a couple of hours before check-in. Apparently there was a mix-up and someone else was already staying there. He gave us a refund right away. It wasn't the best because I'd been messaging him over the last couple of days without response and it left me very short notice to find someplace else to stay, but he was very apologetic. Hopefully a one-time fluke.

Roach Motel... Stay away!
I feel like I was completely misled by this listing with the gorgeous pictures. This property is disgusting! The trash outside was overflowing when we arrived, and when I left I was instructed to just put it out there, the manager didn't care that there was trash everywhere. All the smoke detectors are disabled in the house or taken down! There is a huge gap under the exterior door in the master that allows the 100+s of bugs inside the home. There was hair in and on the tub right after "the cleaners had just finished". The rug in the bathroom was wet on the floor when we arrived. The floor was dirty and sticky in the kitchen. None of the beds felt clean and did not have top sheets. One bed didn't even have a fitted sheet. The extra pillows were stained and did not have pillow cases. There were 5 crappy towels and no towel bars to hang them on. We did not use the hot tub, because there is no way it's clean after how gross the rest of the house is. I understand the previous reviews now, if you are just having a party and using the main area it would work fine. It is when you need to live there and put your kid to bed there that it is not ok. Luckily we were only there for 2 nights, fingers crossed we didn't bring bed bugs home with us!

Great stay
We hosted a birthday party there and everything was as pictured. The jacuzzi is actually larger than it appears. The communication with the host was great. Everybody had a great time , would definitely book again.

Great spot for good vibes and great esthetics. Communication was swift and easy with host. Only recommendation is for toiletries throughout the house. Other then that great stay will book again

Great for parties!!!
Really enjoyed the property I loved the jacuzzi, spa and games in the living room. The main room had an amazing sound system. We were left with everything we could possibly need for the weekend and the property was very clean. Only thing that needed improvement was probably the communication on the hosts end. I didn’t hear anything from the host so I had to call him the morning of check in to get the info but he did answer the phone right away which was great! Also there wasn’t any check out information given. Overall I would definitely book this property again. it was a perfect spot to host a get together or small party

Overall we enjoyed.
However, there were a lot of bugs (ants, water bugs, and roaches). The beds were horrible to sleep in. I slept on the couch. The linen was still in the dryer. The led lights didn’t work (which was something we were looking forward to). Besides that the space was welcoming, Every part was utilized. The hot tub was relaxing (once we got the bug that was swimming out). The games were great. We had a good time.

Really Nice House (just a lil dirty)
The stay was amazing, I went for my birthday with friends and had a great time! Communication with the owner was fantastic! They had alot of fun things to do within the house and the house was close to downtown (not the nicest area but not too bad). Only issue was the hottub was not clean (very gross). But we got compensated for that after we talked to the owner about it.

20th Bday on the 4th
My host was always available to answer any questions or concerns. The house was perfect The kids room had a bunk bed & full size bed The master had a king bed with extra large walk in closet. Also a door to patio The other bedroom had a full size bed The living room had two full size video games, pool table, large connect 4 game plus Jenga All rooms had large flat screen Roku TVs The bonus was the Hot tub & sauna in the garage The backyard has a screened-in tent and grill. It could use a little TLC We will definitely book again

The space is well decorated and cozy. The living/game space was a real highlight for my teenagers. What could have been a rocky start was remedied quickly with communication with the host. Food and stores were close so that was also a plus. We enjoyed our stay
