Additional rules
No Smoking: We strictly prohibit smoking inside the property to prevent damage and maintain a clean environment.

No Parties or Events: Parties, gatherings, or events are not allowed to avoid potential damage to the property and disturbances to neighbors. In the event of a party that comes to our attention, guests will pay $500 Fee

No Additional Guests: 8 People Max

Check-in and Check-out Times: Check-in is after 3pm and check-out is before 11am. This ensures a smooth transition between guests and allow adequate time for cleaning.

Security and Safety: Ensure to lock all doors and windows when leaving the property and do not share access codes or keys with others.

Respect for Neighbors: Be respectful of the neighbors' privacy and property and to keep noise levels down, especially during quiet hours.

Damage and Cleaning: "You break it, you Buy it". Guests are responsible for any damages caused during their stay and should leave the property reasonably clean and tidy.

Prohibited Activities: No illegal substances, dangerous items, or any actions that may cause harm or damage.

Lost or Damaged Items: We have an inventory checklist that we conduct Before/After every guest stay. Any items damaged or stolen will be billed to the guest of the amount the item is worth for replacement.

Communication: We encourage open communication with our guests, please communicate any issues or concerns and we will move fast and swiftly to ensure your are accommodated.
