This property was very clean. The bed was comfortable. We had selected a room with one king bed and ended up getting a room with two queens, which really wasn't a big deal for us personally, but could be for those who need a larger bed. We did not have hot water in the shower. It was warm enough to be comfortable, but it was not enjoyable. The breakfast was good. Overall, it was a convenient, safe, and clean stay. I'm giving 4-stars because of the lukewarm water.

Very nice room with plenty of room. Staff was very kind and helpful. Free parking and free breakfast is always a perk. Shower was nice but water could have been hotter. Would also loved to have had a higher grade toilet paper. We would not hesitate to book this hotel again. The location is excellent for getting back on the highway.

We booked our room with 2 queen beds when we got there we had one king bed for 3 adults and they didn’t have a roll away bed or a sleeper sofa in the room. We didn’t even stay there. Had to find another hotel. Have not received our refund yet from you either!

Late in the evening, at around 11 PM, I received a call from the service desk informing me that the reservation I had made through Expedia was being canceled. It was pouring rain, visibility was poor, and I was already en route when they called to say the room I had booked was no longer available. The customer service representatives i spoke with were unhelpful and rude, adding to the frustration. We were traveling with children, and their callous behavior caused us significant inconvenience during an already stressful situation.

It is pet friendly hotel but very little to know grass to walk dogs on the facility site. The other area for improvement is the breakfast buffet, it was regularly out of food. Your rooms are nice with comfortable beds but you greatest asset is the staff, they were all so helpful. Would stay again
