The Space
Welcome to a beautiful 2-story, 1,352 sq ft home with loads of warm and stylish living space for up to 10 guests! It’s perfect for a family vacation or friend reunion.
When you enter, you’ll be greeted by a luminous and plush living room where you can kick back and watch your favorite shows on the wall-mounted Smart TV after a long day. There’s high-speed Wi-Fi throughout the property, ensuring you stay connected during your stay.
There’s a fully equipped kitchen with granite countertops, stainless steel appliances, and all the essentials needed to prepare meals at home. The dining area is conveniently located nearby, making it easy to enjoy your delicious creations together.
There are 5 bedrooms, 2 full bathrooms, and one-half bath for added convenience. All the rooms feature Smart TVs! The home accommodates 10. Bedroom 1, the primary bedroom, is on the first floor and features a king-sized bed and an ensuite bathroom. Bedrooms 2 through 5 all have queen-sized beds. All the rooms have ample storage space for your belongings.
Outside, you’ll find a small deck to take in some fresh air. It's the perfect spot to enjoy your morning coffee or relax with a book. As well, there’s a large fenced-in yard to enjoy.

Guest Access
Guests have full and exclusive access to the entire home.
It’s also important that you list all guests included in the reservation at the time of booking. Additional visitors must be approved in advance.
Interaction with Guests
This is a self-check-in property using a door code for entry. Codes will be sent to you before your arrival.
You’ll have complete privacy during your stay, but we’re available 7 days a week. Should you need anything, just send us a message.
The Neighborhood
Located between Atlanta and Athens, Snellville is a quiet, affluent Atlanta suburb with a variety of shopping and eateries, events and festivals, a farmers' market, a variety of summer concerts, movies in the park and Snellville Days, the Snellville Fall Festival. Located 25 miles east of downtown Atlanta and Mercedes-Benz Stadium, State Farm Arena, the Aquarium, and tons of nightlife, partying, and loads of dining options.
Getting Around
The Hartsfield-Jackson Atlanta International Airport (ATL) is located about 40 miles from the property.
There are driveway and street parking if you arrive by car and plenty of other transportation options. You can also take a rideshare service like Uber or Lyft or go by taxi. If you prefer public transportation, there is Gwinnett County Transit located nearby.
Other things to note
Please note the following important information before booking:
This is Georgia! There are a lot of wooded areas. Please be aware that bugs may be seen. And while we do have pest control scheduled quarterly, bugs can still get into the home. This is out of our control, and NO REFUND WILL BE GIVEN. It’s best not to leave any open food out to minimize any insect visitors. Thank you in advance for your understanding.
We do not provide daily housekeeping services. However, the property will be thoroughly cleaned before your arrival, and basic essentials such as toilet paper, shampoo, conditioner, and hand and body soap will be provided to get you started.
Please do not flush feminine products (i.e., tampons) or wipes in the toilet. Please use the waste basket provided. Also, do not put food or grease down the kitchen sink. A $300 charge will apply if the sink or toilet becomes clogged.
Please don’t use the towels for makeup removal. Makeup stains are very difficult to clean, and we need to charge for makeup-stained sheets and towels.
Guests will be requested to sign a Rental Agreement upon booking confirmation.
Surveillance cameras are located in outdoor common areas and public spaces and are strictly for security reasons to ensure guests' safety.
HOUSE RULES
- Travelers must be at least 25 years of age or older to book.
- Guests with no prior reviews will need to send a copy of their driver's license or government-issued photo ID to complete and confirm their reservation.
- No smoking of any kind (tobacco, cannabis, vaping, etc.) is allowed inside the home. There is a smoke detector inside, and if evidence of smoking/vaping is discovered, there is a $250 penalty. Also, the use of any recreational drugs on the premises is strictly prohibited.
- Parties/events are not permitted without advanced approval. Restrictions apply.
- No more guests than those listed in your reservation are allowed. Unapproved guests are subject to a $50 fee per person fee and/or immediate cancellation of the remainder of the reservation without refund. No tent or other structures may be set up on the property grounds.
- Check out is at 11 AM. Unapproved late checkouts are subject to a $50 fee.
- Renters agree to cover any charge related to damages that occurred during their stay or cover necessary extra-cleaning charges if needed after their stay.
- Renters may be required to provide a government ID on check-in day or during their stay.
- Do not use the address for any type of shipment. This is strictly prohibited.
- Please avoid moving furniture.
- Pets are not allowed at this property.
