Loved our stay!
Stephanie is a wonderful and thoughtful host. Loved the location. East Atlanta is fun and you are so close to everything. I love the off street parking and how quiet the neighborhood is. Definitely will be my Atlanta getaway choice.

Cozy Retreat was clean, quiet, and comfortable. The host was very responsive to our questions. Kitchen was thoughtfully furnished with everything we needed. Would definitely stay there again.

Short stay
My mother and I stayed at Cozy Apartment Retreat for two nights while we visited family living nearby. The space was just as the pictures show, cozy, clean and plenty of room for us. Easy walk to the coffee shop and other restaurants and shops. The host was friendly and kind. This was a good choice for us.

My daughter and I felt very safe & the apartment was just what we needed! It was close to the care center that my sister was in, making convenient to head over there every day. That was our sole purpose for being there so we did not have the time to explore the area.

Me and my friends were attending a conference in Mercedes Benz. This is a great location because it was only a 15-20 minute drive. Great price and the host is wonderful.

Perfect stay!
Wonderful place to stay if you want proximity to the city without the hustle and bustle of the city. Comfy, clean and adequately stocked apartment. Perfect for a couple or small family. Nice walkable place in East Atlanta Village - close to restaurants, bars and artsy stores and boutiques. Close enough to downtown to drive or Uber (I prefer the later. Event parking fees are easily $40+). Stephanie is a wonderful, accessible host who even purchased drinking water for me due to the water main break in the area. So thoughtful. A+ stay!

The apartment is lovely. Our only challenge was the bed was so high you needer a step stool to get into it. there was not enough room on the side of the bed to enter the bed from the side as one would normally do so we had to climb in from the foot of the bed and crawl to the top.

Lovely time
Had a great time. Was able to check in early and the host was extremely responsive and pleasant. The only thing is that it's listed as 2 rooms but there is not a door between the rooms.

A lovely and safe oasis in metro Atlanta
This beautifully curated and spotless basement apartment is an oasis in metro Atlanta. It's situated in the heart of East Atlanta Village within a couple of blocks of restaurants and other amenities. We walked past a collection of lovely homes and gardens to Emerald City Bagels for incredible bagels each morning. There was ample space to park our Accord in the back. We stayed for three nights, but this would also make a great longer term option. We were in town for a Braves game and to visit my college and places in Decatur. The location worked well for both. We met Stephanie, the owner who lives upstairs, and she was most gracious. We highly recommend.

Cozy, Nice Stay
Very cozy and clean space. Better than a hotel and way more affordable. Very spacious for 2 people with plenty of closet space, storage space in bathroom, a desk, and full kitchen. Wished we couldve stayed longer. 10/10

This was the 2nd time we have stayed at Cozy Retreat. We enjoyed the full kitchen, and the lovely private surroundings. Stephanie has been easy to contact.
