This property is old and has not been upgraded to safe standards. Only partial handrails to 2nd floor. Not very clean: old shampoo caps on bathroom floor, moldy coffee grounds in coffee maker. Uneven steps and 1 step not secure.

Amazing location
If you are looking to stay in a place with character and history, this is the place! Lots of great places within walking distance and in a very charming part of town. The house has everything you need, including a kennel if you're traveling with pets!

Great location
This property is in the best location. So many restaurants are walkable. The eastern is also very walkable. The house is older and has some neat characteristics. The only downfall I had was the only bathroom is on the first floor and the bedrooms are on the second.
