Disliked: Check-in, communication, location
Double-Booked
I did not stay here. I learned on the day and time of the visit that a larger party had also booked the property. In truth, however, the owner offered a less comparable property that was not suitable. I was disappointed that there had been no communication to inform me of this double-booking days or weeks before my stay. I scrabbled to find a replacement at the absolute last minute. FYI- I also learned that a customer can "not" find a relocation (replacement) rental on the same day. Luckily, a property on a different site was available and 6 1/2 hours later the trip plans resumed.
