Guest interaction
I may or not not be in the house during the stays of guests. However, I can be reached on my cellphone at anytime for any questions or concerns.
Neighborhood overview
It is a townhome complex, with half finished and half still under construction. Thus, you may hear construction noises in the morning (starting around 9am) as well as some not so pretty type of sighting in some parts of the complex due to the ongoing constructions. Other than that, the town home it self and the room which the guest will be staying at looks great!
Getting around
The closest train station (lindbergh Marta Station) is within 20min walking distance. Parking is available on the street within the complex. There are many ongoing constructions inside and outside the complex. There may be some road closed signs. However, you can still drive through the Bismark rd all the way until the end of it, which it then becomes a split of roads to either left or right options only. You then will make a right to follow the road, and you'll then see a connected townhomes on your right going down the road. You can park the car in the parallel parking space right behind the dumpster. You then can walk up to our townhome with the number 576 listed on the exterior wall.
Other things to note
We have two small children (girls ages at 7 & 9). They go to school early in the morning during the weekdays, and will be at home in most parts of the weekends as well. They are very well behaved children, and knows how to stay as quite as they can when guest are staying below on the first floor. But at the end of the day, they are still kids. So during your stay, you may hear some noises coming from upstairs floors. I have hardwood floors through out the town home, thus sounds coming from upper floors gets conducted down easier than carpet floors.
