It was a good experience over all. One thing I would point out in the category of 'Property Condition' is bed frame. It was making squeaky noise every time you move even a little in bed or turn your side. Since it was loud, sometimes it was waking me up at night.

Unit had a very large walk-in closet and large bathroom, which wasn’t expected. Unit had a programmable thermostat, so any temperature adjustment needed to be done manually and fairly often. Staff was a bit slow to respond to request for extra towels, and eventually did. It was around Christmas time though too. Nice touch to offer coffee, snacks, soda, and water in common kitchen area.

So here's the deal with this place... it's clean and has plenty of amenities, but after you transact with Expedia, you're going to be subjected to an $85 'refundable deposit' in order to gain access to the property.   That 'refundable' deposit is actually not refundable.  You're never going to get that back.  I read the other reviews and decided to test it out... I followed every rule they listed and left the place completely clean.  I made the bed,  consolidated the trash, left everything tidy and gathered the dirty towels into one pile.  I went beyond what any other Air BnB has required of me.   Nope.  They're keeping that 85 bucks.  Moreover, Alecia will not contact you back when you inquire about this deposit.  So it's a bit of a scam... HOWEVER, I will say this.  At $43 / night, if you stay 2 nights you're getting a king sized bed, walk in closet and large bathroom, Wi-Fi, snacks and coffee for $85.5 / night $71.33 for 3 nights.  That's not bad.  I guess I just don't understand why she needs to price it the way she does.  It's just going to make the client feel tricked and cause bad scam reviews.  Just price it at $85 a night, that's a fair asking price for what it is.

I missed my connecting flight at Atlanta and im tired staying in hotels. This place gave me a very homey vibe. The host was very kind and i enjoyed staying in this place.

Clean and very spacious room. Great value. We had quiet, well slept nights. The other customers staying there were courteous and we did not hear any noise mentioned in the other reviews. We had a late arrival and was worrying about our access into the property. However, a clear access instruction was given timely exactly one day prior to the arrival. All workout well.

I loved that the property was about 10-15 minutes from many of the major places in the city - museums, botanical garden, zoo etc. The owner was responsive and easy to work with and I would definitely recommend staying here.
