Exciting news! We just finished our beautiful Terrace Level 2 BR/2 Bathroom short term rental on the North Oconee River off the Fifth hole of the UGA Golf Course. You're sure to enjoy this space as you'll have your own private entry with an amazing oversized deck that's the entire back side of our home that overlooks a 2 acre back yard on the babbling North Oconee River and is your private outdoor space to use with 6 rocking chairs, porch swing, table with umbrella and chairs, wicker lounge chairs, as well as an oversized jenga game, and corn hole. 1 Bedroom has 2 queen beds, with night stand with lamp and 2 usb compatible power outlets, Dresser with TV, Walk in Closet & it's own full bathroom w/shower & washer/dryer. The 2nd Bedroom is a Queen bed and a Full bed with night stand, lamp with usb compatible power outlets, TV, Armoire for hanging clothes, and there is a large closet in the Oversized Family room for additional closet space to hang clothes, store suitcases and coolers, and other items in cubbies. The oversized family room has a Full Size sleeper sofa, leather couch, leather reclining chairs, Faux Fireplace with heat settings, TV, Foosball table, and there are also 2 roll away single beds in the closet. Kitchenette with Full sized Refrigerator, Dishwasher, Blender, Coffee maker, toaster, waffle maker, Seating for 10 and another full bath with tub. Come enjoy your private oasis as you make Athens your home for a few days. Whether it's Football, a special event, or just want to come for a visit, we feel confident you'll enjoy all that Athens has to offer. The property is located a few hundred yards from a bus stop. We are working on another space that will be ready soon. We are offering a 20% discount to make up for the fact that you may see contractors working on an apartment above the garage. These workers and their equipment will not interfere with your stay, I just wanted you to be aware as you choose your accommodations.
