Enjoy a private experience at this modern studio suite inside the Athens loop ( 4 miles from downtown) in a quiet residential neighborhood home with your own separate entrance, fenced in mini patio and yard. About the size of a hotel suite , there is one queen bed, with a rollaway bed or inflatable upon request . 1 bathroom with shower, a sofa with a Roku TV, mini fridge, microwave, keurig coffee/ tea maker and your own mini split A/C Heating unit . Please note we only allow up to 2 dogs and they MUST be added to your reservation so that the pet fee is assessed . Otherwise we will have to charge it during stay for unannounced dogs We currently do NOT allow Cats Apologies

I stayed for a work conference and brought my children for the last day. This adorable cottage is just PERFECT. Clean and well appointed. We all wanted to stay longer. They even provide some kid friendly activities. VERY convenient to the Classic Center downtown.
