Splendid Views from a Cozy Cottage with a Garden Terrace

Our urban cottage combines the central position (just 450 m up the hill of the Agios Ioannis Metro Station) with the feeling of being on a Greek island, with its quietness and a breathtaking panoramic view of the sea and the whole historic center of Athens!

Furthermore, our independent 2-bedroom house has been completely renovated and it is fully furnished and equipped, it has a marvelous cozy backyard with a vegetable garden (and you are welcome to use our fresh products). It can accommodate up to 4 people and it is the perfect solution for couples, friends, families and for business travelers and for those coming to Athens by car since it is very easy to find a parking near the house.

There are 2 bedrooms. The master bedroom is on the ground level and has a nice big queen size bed. On the upper floor, there is the second bedroom with a single bed which is very long and suitable for very tall guests. In this room, the guest will find during the hot months a portable A/C. Bedlinen and towels are provided.

In the kitchen, you will also find a washing machine which our guests can use for free for the duration of their stay. Next, to the kitchen, there is a dining table placed just next to the windows.

Just a step away from the dining area, you have the nice living room area, with a big sofa (which also becomes a double bed), a sofa table and a big flat TV screen. In this room, there is an A/C, although the house has a very good insulation and this room especially maintains a very comfortable temperature even in the hot summer days.

The house has a balcony at the entrance door. It has a comfortable space for a table and a couple of chairs, enough to sip your morning coffee staring to the sea and to the roofs of Athens.

There is a garden on the back side of the house. There you can access fruits, herbs or vegetables that are ready to be collected! In the garden, there is a nice stone barbecue at your disposal. There is outdoor furniture to sit and relax and sunbathe in your own private space.

By the way, there is also an independent entry to the garden (locked); please bear in mind that the owner might need to enter the garden (and only the garden) to take care of it from time to time ;)

In our urban cottage, you will feel like being in a traditional Greek village with the convenience of being just 3 metro stations away from the Acropolis and 4 from Syntagma square.

-Please be aware that our rates exclude an additional stayover tax. For stays from March to October, the tax is €1.5 per night, while from November to February, it is €0.5 per night. This tax applies to all bookings starting January 1st, 2024. Guests are required to pay this additional tax directly to the check-in assistant who will be responsible for key handover upon arrival.
