This lovely apartment with 3 bedrooms is located in a very peaceful neighborhood at Voula area
There are 3 spacey bedrooms, 2 bathrooms and can accommodate up to 5 guests. The kitchen is fully equipped with everything you need (oven,microwave, fridge with freezer, cutlery, dishes and pans, kettle, espresso coffee maker).You will enjoy having your complimentary coffee during your stay. The apartment is fully air conditioned. There are balconies from where you can have a great relaxing time and sea view as well. Finally a boiler will provide you with hot water for 24 hours!
You are not allowed to have other guests than your reservation is set. Please be gentle with TV set and Music system we won't like to disturb the neighborhood. Party are not allowed.
You can use the shared swimming pool the hours that the building keeper has set. You are not allowed to have guests at the swimming pool and please close all the doors as you are leaving the building and the pool area. Swimming Pool will be available from 1/6 since 30/9
Air condition tips: Max temperature for winter time is 23 and less for summer is at 20. Attention that if you open any window or door the Air Condition will automatically be closed!
Of course the beds are already made-up, with fresh ironed sheets from top quality brand. Furthermore there are clean towels for every single of you.

During summer time the coast line of Glyfada, Voula & Vouliagmeni areas are very popular choice for swimming , walking and dinning. Located close to the sea we are enjoying the fresh sea breeze in the summer time compared to the more warm center but most important away from any traffic jams and all the demonstrations that take place in the center of Athens.
