A fully renovated apartment roosts above a 1902 home in the heart of the Historic Boulevard Neighborhood. This in-town apartment with beautiful garden on a 1/2 acre lot is the perfect home base for an Athens experience.

The apartment has private stairway entrance and fully equipped urban kitchen. Free curbside parking on spacious street. New, hard pine floors throughout. Cable TV and wireless internet also provided.

My family and I live below the apartment. We assume you'd like your privacy, but we are also very happy to help with advice and directions.

Some of the bounty that awaits you by easy walk or very short ride: Thousand Faces coffee and Jittery Joe's Roasters, White Tiger BBQ and Heirloom cafe, Normaltown (featuring Automatic Pizza, Agua Linda, Normal Bar, Hi-Lo, Old Pal, Ike and Jane's cafe, and Marti's at Midday) and Bottleworks on Prince (featuring SeaBear Oyster Bar, Taqueria Del Sol, Hendershot's Coffee & Bar, Siri Thai, and Viva Argentine Cuisine). And, of course, easy travel by foot or bus to downtown and Sanford Stadium.

In addition to the wonderful eateries, yoga studios, coffeehouses and nightlife, the apartment is surrounded by beautiful historic homes worthy of a stroll. Several parks and playgrounds are also nearby.

We stayed here for a wedding, and the property was beautiful. Jason was very responsive to our messages, and there's easy parking, but also an easy walk to the city-center so we sometimes just walked rather than deal with the hassle of finding parking near the bars. Would definitely recommend!

Loved our little cozy apartment and having access to the front porch. It was a nice evening on our first night there so we enjoyed wine and Cribbage on the porch. It was a good location close to the wedding venue. We even got to meet Bagel, the homeowner’s pet dog! 😊

Beautiful location!
My husband and I stayed for a long weekend in Athens, and this property was a perfect place to stay. We were able to walk to various restaurants and shops easily, and it is a beautiful neighborhood to walk through. There were considerate touches throughout the rental that made our stay very comfortable. It's a very cool experience to stay in a historic home as well. Highly recommend Jason's listing for your stay!

Athens charm near downtown
This is a wonderful option near just about everything Athens has to offer in the downtown and surrounding areas. My wife and I stayed here for a week and had a great time—it was quick and easy to get wherever we needed, and it was a comfortable space for hosting friends while we visited. The space is fairly eclectic and matches Athens culture very well—you'll understand when you visit!

Perfect stay in a great neighborhood
We had a wonderful stay at this 1 bedroom apartment in Athens. We were in town for the weekend for a wedding and rented the apartment because it was close to the wedding venue. It is located on a beautiful tree lined, quiet street with plenty of street parking. Communication with Jason, the owner was easy. He always responded quickly to any questions I had & both him and his wife, Misha were great hosts. When in Athens, we will definitely stay here again!
