Luxury Home with Jacuzzi and Spectacular Sea Views for 8 Guests

Ideally located, a unique two-floor house in a very peaceful neighborhood in Voula, with an amazing sea view over Saronic Gulf.

Μodern decorated with very expensive materials. It is furnished and fully equipped. It is a detached house. There are three bedrooms, 2 bathrooms and one WC. The kitchen is fully equiped with oven,microwave, dishwasher, fridge with freezer and automatic ice maker, cuttlery, dishes and pans, kettle, espresso coffee maker, toaster. You will enjoy having your complimentary coffee during your stay. The jacuzzi in the main bathroom. There is also a vacuum cleaner and a laundry machine.

Numerous of big closets will make your stay more comfortable. Bed linen, towels, the bath amenities and all electric devices are provided. The heating is autonomous and there is also a fireplace.

There are balconies of 30 sq from where you can admire the magnificent view over the Saronic Gulf and you can enjoy the amazing hot tub jacuzzi for 4 people. Wi-Fi internet and NOVA satellite are few of the apartment's facilities. Finally there is a private car parking inside the building at no extra cost.

The whole apartment is fully air conditioned while there is also a boiler to provide you with hot water for 24/7.

Of course the beds are already made-up, with fresh ironed sheets from top quality brand. Furthermore there are clean towels for every single of you.

The apartment is ideal for families or couples who want to spend their summer holidays in a beach side apartment. The nearest beach is only 1 km away, but also there are plenty of organized beaches in Glyfada and Vouliagmeni area. During summer time the coast line of Glyfada, Voula & Vouliagmeni areas are very popular choice for swimming , walking and dinning.

Located close to the sea we are enjoying the fresh sea breeze in the summer time compared to the more warm center but most important away from any traffic jams and all the demonstrations that take place in the center of Athens. The apartment is very close to a pharmacy, banks and public transport 700 m away from the apartment , there is a bus station from where you can take a bus to the city centre. 500 m away from the apartment there is a super market, a bakery and a pharmacy. In less than 800 m away you can find a church and a playground for children. Airport or any other transport is available upon demand at an additional but very reasonable cost.

Voula is a southern suburb of Athens. DO NOT STAY HERE UNTIL 2024 EARLIEST DUE TO MAJOR COMMERCIAL BUILDING SITE IN FRONT OF PROPERTY
This property is situated behind a major Commerical building site. Work begins around 8am and the whole flat shakes with the noise for the rest of the day - it is unbearable and totally not appropriate to be let out as a holiday rental. It is a huge building site and unlikely to be finished for at least 2 years. The noise makes the outside area completely unusable and the inside areas ( both downstairs and in all the bedrooms) means you have to leave the property to escape the noise from 8am onwards until they finish for the day. The property should not be listed on VRBO as it is unusable as a holiday let. It devastated our entire holiday and our children would cry when they heard the noise. The hosts were incredibly unprofessional and didn’t even call us back even after repeated attempts to ask them to relocate us. They then said it wasn’t their fault there were building works and that it was ‘normal in a residential area’. We obviously asked for a full refund (we wouldn’t even have paid anything per night for this flat in a building site), they refused and offered a token refund on a pretty expensive booking!! We refused that offer and complained to VRBO who, so far, have also done absolutely nothing to refund us or help in any way and said it wasn’t their problem (even though we had both photographic and video evidence). The flat itself is average at best, with very basic tired furnishings (several windows don’t even close and there is no working shower you can stand under) but with these works it is completely unusable. The reason we rented it in the first place was for the sea view from the balcony but we were unable to use it at all. A horrible experience in a horrible property. Have a relaxing and peaceful holiday and rent somewhere else as this property will ruin your entire holiday!

Major disappointment
When we arrived to check-in we found out that the central heating system had been disconnected and the only source of heat were the small and noisy split A/C units, way inadequate for the size of the house during this unusually cold winter. The Manager was not able to provide an adequate alternative house and suggested to wait for at least a week to connect the heating system and pay an additional €1,000 (+30% of the month rent) for fuel. Totally unacceptable. We requested the refund of the month rent and left the house immediately. The manager refuses to provide the refund and Vrbo opened a case, but without following-up with the manager or us. Total lack of professionalism and disregard for us.

False advertising
When we arrived for the check-in we found out that the house had no central heating (had been physically disconnected from any fuel source), totally unacceptable for a one month stay during this cold winter. The description of the house mentions "autonomous heating" in addition to A/C. The property manager wanted an extra €1,000 and 7 days to re-connect it. When we requested a refund he refused and stopped communicating. We left the house right away, so we cannot provide more details.

Beautiful place!
Well situated, scenic to the ocean. Close to metro for quick trip to Athens. Nice beach nearby. Hot tub wonderful after walking the ruins. Delfi w/in 2 hrs and Corinth around 1.5hr. Very peaceful and well appointed flat

Diese Unterkunft ist alles andere als in Ordnung. Alles ist total abgewohnt, ungepflegt und teils total verdreckt. Die Küchengeräte waren teilweise so verdreckt, dass man sich ekelte, sie überhaupt anzufassen, geschweige denn zu benutzen, in der Kapselkaffemaschine waren noch die alten leeren Kapseln des Vormieters, Krümel befanden sich noch im auch äußerlich mit einer undefinierbarer Patina belegten Sandwichmaker, Krümel und undefinierbare Flecken auch auf Küchentisch und Herdplatte. Die Spülmaschine roch so fürchterlich, dass wir sie nicht benutzen wollten. Die Möbel sind teilweise abgewohnt (aufgeplatztes Kunstleder an den Stuhllehnen, das weiße Sofa so verdreckt, dass wir nicht darauf Platz nehmen wollten! Die Decken, die als Bedeckung auf die Sitzflächen gelegt wurden, waren auch schon lange nicht gewaschen worden und löcherig. Im Flur steht ein Sessel, der offensichtlich Ränder einer getrockneten Flüssigkeit aufweist, er stinkt so furchtbar, dass der „Duft“ wirklich große Teile des Hauses einnimmt. In einem Bad sind Fenster und Decke total verschimmelt. Es gibt keine sauberen Möglichkeiten, Badehandtücher aufzuhängen! Die Duschvorhänge waren rosa vor Schimmel, wir haben sie erst einmal in die Waschmaschine stecken müssen! Beide Duschen sind waren dreckig Im Whirlpool schwammen einige Haare herum, das Wasser war sicherlich nicht frisch,deshalb haben wir ihn NICHT benutzt. Die Möbel auf dem Balkon sind sehr abgewohnt, alles sehr verdreckt. Man kann sich leider morgens schon nicht dort aufhalten, da der Sonnenschutz defekt ist, und so die Sonne dann schon brennt. Genau gegenüber ist zzt eine große Baustelle (wir waren vom 8.-15.4.22) dort. Es entsteht ein Haus, bisher wird aber noch der Fels für den Grundstein abgeschlagen, es war ab Montag 7:30-15:00 ein Ohrenbetäubender Lärm im ganzen Haus, sodass wir dort nicht mal mehr gefrühstückt haben! Wir haben den Vermieter auf die Mängel angesprochen. Darauf wollte er uns auch einen Reinigungstrupp schicken. Wir hatte zum Glück viel Desinfektionsmittel und Küchenrolle gekauft, dass wir alle wichtigen Kontaktflächen direkt nach der Ankunft desinfiziet haben. Der Trupp hätte aber auch Spülmaschine, grauenhaften Möbel und Whirlpool sicher nicht erneuert…. In Bezug auf den Baulärm hieß es, dass er nichts von der Baustelle weiß und nichts für uns tun kann. Mietminderung für alle Mängel (€200€, ein Witz bei einem Wochenpreis von 1300€) gäbe es nur ohne negative Bewertung.
