This brand new loft is ideally situated on W Hancock Avenue in the heart of downtown Athens! This unit is perfect for game days, Parent's Weekend, or a fun getaway. There is no on-site parking offered, but there is ample street parking and surface lots near by. This unbeatable location is a short walk away from UGA's Arch, Sanford Stadium, and all of the best that the Classic City has to offer!
