The apartment’s size is 70 square meters, has two balconies (living room and bedroom) and is divided in two spaces: the living room with TV, fully equipped kitchen, wooden floor, hidden lighting, design furniture, and the bedroom with a bathroom which has a glass partition through which you can see a built large shower area. Both spaces are comfortable, have beautiful materials and guarantee a delightful stay. Ideal for a couple. A sofa turns into two beds in the living room for a third and a forth person or a child.
There is also free wi-fi, washing machine, coffee maker, boiler, two air conditioners, iron with iron board and you tube on the TV.
The owner is an architect and has designed the interior of the apartment with excellent materials, great design and quality of construction.


There is car transportation service from the airport to the property.

Only costs 45 euros from 5am to midnight.
And from midnight to 5 am 60 euros.

Also if you arrived late at the property after the 6 pm .
You'll be charged 35 euros.

Perfect Location
This was the perfect location. There are great restaurants, grocery store and a liquor store right around the corner. Easy walk to the Metro Stations and the Acropolis. They arranged for a pickup at the airport for us and the driver took us up to the apartment which made check in very easy. We were happy to get a load of laundry done before we left for our cruise. The place is clean and the bed is comfortable. I wouldn't hesitate to stay there again.

This property is exactly as advertised. 1 block from the Acropolis Museum and really close to the rest of the sights. Anything you want to eat is within a 2 or 3 minutes walk. Excellent place to stay in Athens.

The apartment was conveniently located to all the sites in Athens. The recommendations for restaurants were great. Spyros did a great job explaining everything and getting us to and from. Thanks for a great few days!

Only downside was poor communication/no instructions on how to use hot water and washer. Everything was in Greek. Otherwise apartment was modern and very comfortable. Lots of shopping and food around the corner.

Great location
This was a nice place to stay in a great location, within walking distance to restaurants, the acropolis and metro station. Owner (Efi) communicated well with us and arranged transfer from the airport for a reasonable fee and Spiro (our taxi driver) gave us valuable information about the area and about Athens in general. We truly enjoyed our time here and will stay here again!

Fabulous apartment and perfect location.
The apartment is lovely, clean and spacious. The host was very informative. Arranged a driver to pick us up at the airport. He was amazing and gave us great tips for food and getting around Athens. We would recommend this stay to everyone!

Great location
You cannot beat this location! You are within walking distance of many major attractions. Lots of cafes and restaurants are nearby. The apartment is large and we were thankful for the air conditioning and clothes washer. Using Spiros as your taxi driver from the airport to the apartment makes initial arrival in Athens go smoothly.

Great Location with Plenty of Living Space
The apartment is well located to walk to most of the major attractions. The neighborhood has a lot of amenities in easy walking distance. The apartment is spacious, with very little street noise at night. The host is very helpful. We would definitely recommend it.

Terrific location and very spacious.
Efi’s place was perfect for our needs. Walking distance to Acropolis, coffee shops, restaurants, markets and shopping. The apartment was clean and spacious. There is a charming lift to use if you don’t want to walk the four stories to the top. The two balconies (on front and back) gave you a view and fresh air and enjoyable space for coffee or wine. We would definitely rent Efi’s designer space again.

This apartment could not be in a better location. Right by the Plaka, the Acropolis, coffee shops, bars, restaurants. Funky, cool building, safe neighborhood. We would stay there again without hesitation. The unit is exactly as shown in the pictures. Just wonderful.

The Apt is close to the Acropolis and the metro train. The 40 bus at the corner will take you to Pireaus to catch any of the Ferry boats to the Islands. Vremember to catch the 40 bus back at the same spot you got off.

The Perfect location
Efi, was the perfect hostess, she arranged to have a taxi pick us up at the Port of Piraeus, then check us into the apartment. The Apartment is beautiful and spacious in the perfect location. We were able to walk to everything we wanted to see in Athens. We did have a problem with the A/C but I am confident that Efi has already taken care of it. I would highly recommend choosing this apartment for your Athens vacation. Lionel Cunningham

Property is as pictured, but with 2 balconies: one in front with a table & chairs, another off the back with drying racks. Is well equipped to sleep many. We gratefully used the washer. Didn’t use the kitchen at all except for chilling water in the modern frig. We had some trouble finding how to turn on the hot water. Wi-Fi is available but instructions not easily found. My only negatives are: the ceiling mold in the bathroom & significant dirt on the top of the fabric headboard. The apartment would benefit from a sheet or booklet to explain about the Wi-Fi & hot water.

Great bones of a place but Sleeping was tricky
The good: Excellent location, literally around the corner from the Acropolis Museum, and all that is nearby (restaurants, etc). Walk to all the central sites. Quiet though at night. Nice outdoor spaces with a long terrace off the main room, and a small one in back off the bedroom. Plenty of natural light. Mostly hardwood floors. Made use of the washer. Host was very pleasant, giving us a detailed tour of the place, and gave us local insights on a provided map. Could be better: The mattress was board hard, really. Adding a blanket, then the duvet helped somewhat, but then we lost those as covers. Single sheets for a large bed were awkward for a couple. A mattress pad and appropriately sized sheets would be nice. Other possible additions: a duvet cover, more than 2 proper glasses, a utensil holder, bath toiletries, paper towels, etc. A little expenditure and this would be an awesome place, and more in line with the promise of the property photos.

Great location but be vigilant!
This unit is located on the 4th floor with a lift and it is walking distance to everything. Thankful for the manager Efi for taking my phone call a little bit after 12 am because my hubby’s passport, laptop, cash etc. were stolen from the unit due to break-in. It is suspected that thieves made their way in from the patio by going through the roof and down to the unit. Unfortunately no cameras are installed in front of the patio nor the front door. Efi suggested that we go to the embassy to obtain a new passport and offered to call the taxi driver who checked us in the unit to give us a ride in the morning. As this was our first visit in Athens, it was great that Efi arranged our airport pick up through a cab driver for €50 who also checked us in the unit. The driver helped us with our luggage and gave us instructions how to turn on the hot water, open/lock the building entry door, front door of the unit as well as the patio door with a metal security/blinds from the outside that goes up and down if the patio door is to be opened/closed. The taxi driver also asked us what day we were leaving and offered to drop us to the cruise port for €25 which we agreed to do. Unfortunately, the taxi driver wasn’t available to take us to the cruise port so we didn’t get to see him and thank him in person. Overall, despite of our traumatic experience, just be vigilant. Athens is beautiful! This unit is close proximity to everything.

Not what was expected
Normally I don’t provide reviews but I feel compelled to share our experience so that others aren’t fooled by the five star and 10/10 reviews/. The good is the location. A short walk to the Acropolis and close to numerous restaurants. End of the good. The bad is that the photos don’t represent the property. It’s tired. Chipped walls, kitchen walls splattered with stains, dust everywhere. The shower bar in the shower was held up with some scotch tape wrapped around a paper towel, there is mold along the back of the counter top in the bathroom and the robe hook is falling off the wall. We actually found hairs between the bed sheets. It got worse. We were picked up by the host driver at the airport and subjected to a wild ride from there to the property, often crossing multiple lanes when cornering. When we arrived the driver showed us around and when we opened the patio door on the front balcony we could not get it to close. We decided because all of the windows have electric shutters we would leave it. A big mistake. Two nights later we went out for dinner to a local restaurant. When we returned we opened the door to find all of our belongings strewn across the apartment. We had been robbed!Remember we are on the fourth floor. I give credit to the host for quickly attending the property but in the end her maintenance man determined the shutters had been compromised and were not a deterrent. She gave us a partial refund but avoid this property. We left early for our safety.
