Property was good for a short stay. No armoire/closet. The apartment was not clean under the bed nor under the couch. No garbage can for trash, and soap dispenser kept dropping liquid soap on the floor, which is a potential slip hazard, though the area in general where the soap would drop would not be walked on (would not have any significant, if any, foot traffic). TV remote was missing cover on battery chamber. I definitely liked that I was able to leave the trash for the staff to collect and the dishes for the staff to wash. The water pressure was great and the water got hot quite nicely. There were also some good choices of soaps in the shower. Overall, a few minor improvements could be made, but, despite that, the management was very easy-going and seemed interested in answering my questions and making himself available to discuss any issues. Also, I arrived early and I was able to check in early because staff had finished preparing the apartment.

I had booked this place as it was stated in the description that there was a shuttle service available to go to airport however after booking, I learned that such a service was not available. I was then unable to use the facility as it would have cost way too much for a taxi to and from the place. I am very upset as this place was more expensive than any other because I had specifically chosen it for the shuttle service. I wish to be reimbursed. I called and the person was willing to see if I could be reimbursed. Thank you.
