The space

Encircled by neoclassical architecture and winding ancient streets, there lies the first area, of the city of Athens. Plaka, a 10 minute walk from the Acropolis, known as "Neighborhood of the Gods’ is the oldest and most picturesque neighborhood of the ancient city.
Within the archaeological sites, residential areas, and ancient markets, there lies an exclusive hidden residence, Aerides Luxury Suites.

Encompassed by a historical building of the 1800’s, Aerides Luxury Suites is adjacent to the ancient Roman Market & the world’s first meteorological station, adopting its moniker from the antique monument.

The exclusive property was originally constructed of natural materials such as Pentelic marble; the material used to build the most beautiful architectural creation the world has seen, the Parthenon, dedicated to the Goddess Athena.

However ancient the property’s exterior may be, the interior is equally contemporary. A romantic, harmonious marriage of luxury and modern amenities, equipped with a living area, large kitchen, fully equipped with all appliances; three large bedrooms, including a master and ensuite.

Perhaps one of the property’s most impressive characteristics is its large balcony and spectacular views. Patrons may enjoy their naturally harvested coffee, organic honey, or homemade wine, while viewing a few of the world’s most ancient ad spectacular sights; the Acropolis, and the ancient Roman agora.

Lovely apartment in a central location, walk to all the sights!
This apartment was wonderful for our three night stay in Athens. Our hosts left a full fridge for us and lots of food knowing that we were arriving on a redeye. The beds were super comfortable and the ac worked really well - it was super hot and the place cooled down quickly. We walked everywhere to explore the main tourist areas and the view of the acropolis from the balcony was great. We would stay again!

Such a wonderful stay in the heart of shops, restaurants, and historical sites. There are even ruins in the back yard. The hospitality and helpfulness of the owners in terms of transport and food made the stay even more special. We hope to return to Athens again and we would not dream of staying anywhere else!

We (family with kids plus extended family) loved this apartment. Not only is it clean and well stocked, the location and especially the terrace are incredible. Everything is within walking distance. The Heart and Soul of Beautiful Athens
Our weekend stay in Athens was highlighted by staying in this exquisite and perfectly located villa. Close to everything while providing an above-the-street refuge from the bustle, it enabled us to walk to all of our destinations, but then relax with a glass of wine on the veranda as we gazed up at the Acropolis above. The hosts were responsive and highly accommodating. Highly recommend!

Exceeded expectations in every way
This property is just gorgeous. It is very spacious, and completely finished in marble and wood. The location is perfect in every way, right on the edge of the city center with ancient buildings and ruins all around. The view of the Acropolis from the balcony will take your breath away every morning and every night at sunset. The hosts were great, making sure we had everything we needed for a fantastic stay. Highly, highly recommend this property. 100 out of 10, we hope to return someday soon!

Great Location and beautiful home
This place was the best rental I've stayed and I say this after 9 years and several trips to Greece. The building is part of the older structures of Athens and in walking distance to everything. You will not need a cab for this location. The home is spacious and well maintained and has a more open concept with beautiful decor and the kitchen is especially beautiful. The balcony is roomy and safe for children.

This apartment was in a great location… walking distance to many restaurants, activities and historical sites. The apartment was very clean and outfitted with everything you could need including a washer and dryer. Sotirios was great to work with! Very communicative and helpful! They went the extra mile with customer service including stocking the fridge with some essentials which was great after a long day of travel. Would definitely recommend and would stay there again!

This home had it all ! Excellent communication with host Michael and manager Otto . 3 grand rooms with luxe bedding , updated baths and a terrace with a stunning view we enjoyed every night . Safe and Walkable to shopping, restaurants and historic square . Airport transfers were also arranged for our group . First time in Athens and would definitely stay here again and have already given home info to my brother traveling here in August . * note several steps up upon entry
