A minimalistic and modern cute stay in an unsuspecting street full of shops and close proximity to all the interesting sites. Initially I freaked out as I couldn’t open the entry door with code while tired and jet lagged after about 15-20 hours of flights but turns out I was at the wrong door but Dimitri on phone was very helpful and quick. . Make sure you see 99 before deciding that this is the right place :)

There was no lobby and no live receptionist. They should put a front desk to walk up to and at least press a button to auto-call someone or a phone. The shower was always overflowing a bit beyond the shower curtain.

Great location and spacious room. Reception is not staffed 24 hours/day which can be inconvenient. Very modern vibe and comfortable beds. However, we did get stuck in the elevator for more than 30 minutes and they didn’t offer any concessions to us for our inconvenience.

A spacious property right on the main shopping street in the Plaka neighborhood. Easy walk to Syntagma Square, the Acropolis, the Roman Agora, etc. Clean, modern, safe. Highly recommend!

This hotel I have dubbed the, “little hotel that could”, meaning that it could be a spectacular place if they could overcome the laziness in service. If you check-in after 4pm, be prepared to do it alone and not get any answers or action from anyone other than yourself. Example: smart TV did not connect to the hotels wifi so if you want to watch any TV, good luck with channels you get on their cable. Bloomberg Europe was all I could understand. The amount of HAIR, EVERYWHERE, was deplorable. It was clear the housekeeping staff did not bother to vacuum the room for the arrival of new guests. Why bother, huh? There is a shower curtain that was moldy at the bottom so when showering, everytime I touched the shower curtain I cringed. And yes, there were strands of hair dried on the curtain from a previous guest. Air condition unit: what can i say? Is wasn’t working very well so i opened the door to access the filter and you guessed it… the filter looks like it hasn’t been cleaned since the unit was installed. It’s cycling dust everywhere. As for the location… spectacular. The location is a winner and overall the hotel is nicely modernized. It’s just that no one is paying attention to a bunch of details that actually matter!
