"We were stranded in KC due to a blizzard on 1/5/25 and in desperation to find a hotel, we found the Hilton Kansas City Airport. The hotel was rather short staffed due to the weather but they handled the situation extremely well. Some of the staff were working 20 hour shifts. They were overworked, and short on resources but they took great care of us nonetheless. From the wait staff, to the front desk, to the shuttle drivers, we couldn't be more thankful for the kindness and resilience they demonstrated. And to top things off, the hotel itself is very nice. Rooms were great, nice restaurant and lounge area, pool, fitness area. Wouldn't definitely stay here again. Thank you so much to all the staff who took such great care of us with limited resources throughout this major weather event!"
