"We loved our stay at the Dukes palace. The hotel is very well located, the building is stunning and impressive. It’s very spacious inside with a fantastic central staircase. The staff were friendly and attentive throughout, and the checkin process being very easy. Our room allocation was fabulous and we had a great view. Would rate it higher but the spa facilities did not come included in the room rate which was a shame. Overall, fantastic and the only place to stay in Bruges!"

"WiFi was drop constantly. It would happen every 5 minutes. After I mentioned it to the staff it did get better but it would still happen throughout the day. "We had a nice stay , the location was perfect, very close to canals, markets. A 10 min walk to tram 1 or 3 takes you to the station. It says it’s 1st floor, but it’s up a flight. It’s huge space, comfy bed. Only negative was not enough TP , towels not enough for 4 days, and no internet. I did chat with support, no issues were resolved. But it didn’t hamper our stay"
