Keine bewertung da ich die Unterkunft nicht gefunden habe
Die ganze Kommunikation betreff Adresse und Urgenz war sehr schlecht habe deshalb ein anderes Quartier bestellt.Zwei Tage vor Antritt der Reise zu informieren ist leider zu spät, zudem ich schon eine Woche unterwegs war ohne Internet Sollte ich mein Geld rasch zurück bekommen,dann ist die Sache vergessen.

AGREABLE LOCATION
J'ai passé un très bon séjour de 3 semaines. l'appartement est correctement équipé pour passer un long séjour. la responsable de l'agence est disponible (ainsi que la propriétaire joignable à tout moment). l'environnement est agréable puisqu'il y a tout à proximité (transport en commun, commerces,...) les paysages sont super ! allez y !!!

LOCATION A EVITER !
L'annonce ne correspond pas à la réalité. Les équipements sont inexistants et ne permettent pas à une famille d'y séjourner ! L'appartement est surtout très sale, apparemment rarement nettoyé et peu aéré, avec une désagréable et persistante odeur de renfermé. Il est sombre et très bruyant. Nous étions envahis de puces (canapé, fauteuils, literies) , de cafards dans la cuisine et de moustiques. Pas de draps ni de serviettes en arrivant. La mer est plutôt à 60 minutes qu'à 20 ! Nous avons eu des problèmes d'eau froide (dont une inondation de l'immeuble évitée de justesse) et d'eau chaude ainsi que d'électricité dont l'installation est défectueuse. L'escalier est dangereux le soir car dépourvu d'éclairage et de rampe. Nous devions rester plusieurs mois, mais nous sommes partis au bout de 2 semaines (pour un mois de location) . Nous avons trouvé cette location vraiment horrible et nous la déconseillons. A éviter, surtout pour une famille et des enfants.
