"We stayed there last week of Agust. The lodge was renovated, very clean and spacious for our party of three. It was close to many attractions in the area like Adventure Valley. On site there were tennis courts, table tennis, swimming pool and a playground plus a grass play area with football posts. Staff v. nice and helpful. You can order bread for rhe next morning. "Arrivée en famille devant l'établissement à 20h30, personne de présent à l'accueil, nous avons du appeler l'hôtel pour que quelqu'un vienne enfin nous ouvrir après 15min d'attente, et pour finalement nous annoncer qu'il y a un doublon sur notre studio et que nous serons donc relogé en chambre sans kitchenette et donc dans l'impossibilité de faire manger la famille. Aucune compensation ou dédommagement nous a était proposé. Nous sommes fortement déçu par cette prestation. "

"Wir sind mit einer Gruppe Männern hingefahren. Auf den ersten Blick sah man schnell, die ganzen Möbel und auch Wände waren sehr "durchlebt" und überall fehlte irgendwas oder war schon was kaputt. Spinnenweben zieren den Dachstuhl und Wände sowie Vorhänge. Die Toiletten und Duschen waren recht sauber aber die Böden der Bäder waren ebenfalls ziemlich dreckig. Die Betten sind sehr sehr sehr hart, man hat das Gefühl, man schläft auf einer selbstaufblasbaren Luftmatratze die 2 cm dick ist. Die...

"Beautiful property and well maintained. Staff was very pleasant and helpful. My only complaints are that the dining options were very slim in the area after like 7pm, and there was a list of requests posted in multiple areas of the room that "for the environment you should turn off the water when brushing your teeth and turn off the water while washing your body in the shower" which was peculiar. I am environmentally conscious and still found that unpleasant to be asked of from a place I paid to stay in. "
