"The unit was just as described/pictured. We had everything we needed. The bed was comfortable. The linens and towels were fresh and clean, which means a lot to us. The unit and entire property were well taken care of! We were greeted upon arrival and shown around, shown where to park, given some recommendations around the area. It was very helpful! There is so much to do! Snowmass and the surrounding areas were beautiful! "

"Property was in a nice location, was comfortable and clean. The address sent to me was wrong and I couldn’t find it after looking for almost an hour even enlisting the help of a UPS driver and his dispatcher to assist. I had to call the VRBO assistance line, which took 20+ minutes to get through only to learn that the information I was sent was incorrect. All this took place in the pitch dark. I was completely frustrated. UNACCEPTABLE"

"This was the perfect place for us. There were two couples, but the third bedroom was so fabulous for unpacking all of our ski wear. We laid it out on the bunk pens each of us, and it was so easy to find our gloves in our hats and our socks, etc… it would’ve been an amazing place for a family with kids as well. "Property is walkable to nearby grocery, shopping, a few blocks away from Aspen Mountain Gondola, unit is clean, though when i booked a package from Expedia, it was for 3 persons, so there is a queen size bed and the sofa bed, the sofa bed did not come with “bed sheet like” cover, they called me a week before my arrival to ask if there is anything i would like to request like pillows, so i asked if we could have 2 pillows each total of 6, on the day of departure they replied that the caretaker is...

"I travelled to SNO with our boys. Three of us were more than comfortable. Britta greeted us personally, and is an awesome host and left us a few treats for New Year’s Eve. We found the place very convenient for our goal of skiing a lot and being close to Snowmass village and mall on a budget. The modest kitchenette has a microwave/hotplate/coffeemaker. Bathroom was clean and good. We will def be back as guests. Thanks Britta!"

"The location and set-up of this unit was so ideal. While the facility is a bit older, it is certainly well cared for and has great staff. The front desk was available for any questions via text. The hot tubs were exceptionally clean. Room was well equipped with snacks, coffee, and a welcome gift. We appreciated the ski-in, ski-out location, close proximity to the RFTA busses and village, as well as the size of the unit- which is perfect for 2 people. "
