This second-floor, 3-bedroom, 2-bathroom economy-rated condo features two lovely decks, one with spectacular views of the Roaring Fork River! The Riverview Condominiums are six blocks from the Silver Queen Gondola and about two blocks from a free skier shuttle stop (across a pedestrian bridge). This spacious condo is light and bright, with a large, open living area and dining room with seating for six. The living room is centered on a wood-burning fireplace, and the south-facing deck looks out to the pool. The kitchen is fully equipped and also features a washer/dryer. The bedrooms include a large primary bedroom that looks out to the pool and two guest rooms with river views.

Riverview common amenities include a year-round heated pool, hot tub, and on-site free parking in a designated spot. All Frias Properties guests receive complimentary access to local health club facilities. (Passes can be obtained from any Frias Properties front desk during regular business hours.) The pool is currently unheated and will be fixed as soon as possible.
