Located just 3 blocks to the heart of downtown Aspen's numerous shops, restaurants and nightlife, 700 Monarch is located in a wonderful, quiet neighborhood but yet is so convenient. This garden level condo has been designed with your comfort in mind. Top of the line appliances in the kitchen, an in unit washer and dryer, ambient lighting and comfortable and inviting furnishings provide a relaxing retreat in the heart of bustling Aspen, CO. Combine all of this with a short 1 block walk to the Shadow Mountain lift for ski access to Aspen Mountain to create the ideal mountain getaway. Just across the street you will enjoy the hiking trails on Aspen Mountain in the spring, summer and fall months. *Early and late season Shadow Mountain lift access dependent upon snow conditions. Aspen Mountain Gondola is 3 blocks away.

The condo is all one level and is located 1 short flight of stairs up from the parking garage, making it easily accessible for multi-generational travelers. The condo has two bedrooms, one with one king bed and the other with two twin beds that can be made into a king upon request prior to your arrival. These flexible bedding arrangements make this vacation rental perfect for all groups of travelers - families, friends, couples will all enjoy sharing this contemporary and welcoming condo. The kitchen is fully stocked for you to enjoy dining at home during your stay or if dining out is preferred the downtown restaurants and nightlife are just a couple blocks down the street.

Walk over to the Shadow Mountain lift to start your ski day. This uncrowded lift offers great access to the amazing skiing on Aspen Mountain. At the end of the day you can ski down the ski way to right outside the 700 Monarch building (conditions permitting) and click out of your skis. Spend the evening at home relaxing in front of the wood burning fireplace watching your favorite sports team or stream a great movie on the large Smart TV. Any time of year the convenient location and contemporary decor of this incredible rental make it an ideal choice for your stay in Aspen.

Wonderful stay!
This unit was very comfortable and perfect for our family ski trip. It was tidy, clean and spacious enough for us to enjoy our trip. We loved the easy access to slopes and the town. We walked in nightly for dinner! Would definitely recommend this condo.

Great Place!! Very Clean, updated and quite!! Only downfall is parking, they have a garage but you can't have a sport until or truck, to tall. Other then that the condo is GREAT!!! Couldn't ask for a better place!!!

My daughter, wife and I visited Aspen and stayed in a beautiful 2 bedroom Condo blocks from downtown Aspen. The home was beautifully decorated and a joy to stay in. Everything was Top Notch. Appliances, furniture, bedding, linens - All the Best. We would stay here again and plan to do so next Fall.

Amazing vacation in my own town!
I wanted a local "Staycation" in Aspen and rented this adorable condo for a few nights. The location is fantastic! The large living room couch made lounging so comfy. And the kitchen had everything I needed. The curtains in the primary bedroom block out all the light and I slept in later than I have in years. And the Gray Malin art on the walls is perfect for Aspen. I will definitely be returning!

Great Aspen Condo
This condo was truly amazing! When I say it’s a full kitchen it’s a full kitchen with everything you need to prep and STORE your leftovers. We were a group of 4 and we hung out at the kitchen island most of the time! 1 small flight up which was easy for us to move our luggage and ski gear. Two blocks away from town. Didn’t rent a car. But be prepared to walk uphill from town to condo ;)

Location for skiing is fabulous. Literally steps to 1-A lift, and steps in to town. Condo has comfortable beds, furniture. Well-stocked kitchen. Thoughtful other amenities— fans and air purifiers, night lights, washer & dryer. LOVED HAVING A COVERED GARAGE SPACE, especially during winter snowstorms and the World Cup races. We were just steps to the World Cup finish line and free grandstands viewing area! FABULOUS!

Great stay in Aspen!
We stayed in Aspen for the weekend for work. This condo was perfect! Super clean, exactly what the listing says. Hosts could not have been more communicative leading up to our time there and during. We needed laundry detergent and literally five minutes later someone showed up. You can’t go wrong with the condo. The location is amazing, close to everything and overall just super easy and accessible. Will absolutely stay again!

700 Monarch - perfect accomodations!
700 S. Monarch #104 was the perfect property from which our family of four could explore Aspen. Just a few short blocks to town and literally steps to the Shadow Mountain Lift, the condo had everything we needed for a perfect stay. It was clean and pristine, comfortable for sleeping, lounging, dining, and working. The wifi worked great for zoom calls and tv watching - we will definitely be back!!

Very nice place, perfect for 5, a little tight for 6 but we made it work. Great facility, location and very clean and nice. Bathrooms very clean and look new. Kitchen had everything, very useful for cooking in the condo which we did. All of us loved it, thanks!!

Lovely and comfortable
We thoroughly enjoyed our stay in this condo. The layout is great, the bathrooms are terrific, the kitchen is well stocked with pots, pans, utensils, and appliances, and the couch is roomy and great for post-ski napping. Also the beds are very comfortable. It's an easy walk to the gondola or a very short walk to Lift 1A. The neighborhood is quiet even during the busy Christmas/New Years weeks. Perfect for small families or two couples. The crew at iTrip Vacations is helpful and responsive. I would definitely rent this unit again.

We had a wonderful stay in Aspen. The condo is very spacious, modern and has comfortable furniture and beds. We appreciated the well equipped kitchen and the heated bathroom floors! The location is fantastic - for skiing, shopping and restaurants. Underground parking with an assigned spot was an added bonus. Kim was a great host, and we will definitely be back!
