Parking: There is a public parking area located in front of the building that is first-come-first-serve. Boutique Mountain Homes will register your car through the City of Aspen during your stay. Additional street parking can be found near the unit.

Linen package: This home has crisp, white duvet covers that are washed after every stay along with other hotel-style bedding.

Location: Downtown Aspen. Walk to ski and other fantastic restaurants that surround the home.

Other things to note: To keep the home fresh and comfortable, we provide a complimentary cleaning every 14 days during your stay, included in your booking for stays up to 14 nights. If you're staying over 14 nights, an additional cleaning fee will apply, which we'll arrange with you after your booking is confirmed. This ensures you have a clean and cozy space to enjoy throughout your stay!
