TAXES: I pay all Aspen City taxes. The property may add state taxes to the total cost when you make your reservation.

FEES: There are two mandatory fees charged by the resort at checkout:

RESORT FEE - A Resort Fee of $40 excluding tax, per unit per night. This fee covers the following services: premium high-speed wireless internet, fitness center, ski valet, transportation to and from Aspen Airport, first come, first served in-town shuttle service, daily newspapers, local telephone calls, and 800/888 telephone surcharges.

PARKING - If you drive to the property, there is a $40 per night/per vehicle fee for guests staying at The Aspen Mountain Residences. Parking is located on-site in our underground parking garage and is valet only

This luxury 2 bedroom/ 2 bath residence is available Sunday, February 23, 2025 to March 2, 2025. The main bedroom features a King bed and the second bedroom features 2 Queen beds. Need a King bed in the 2nd bedroom or 2 queens in the main bedroom? The change can be made for a small fee.

The property has undergone a two-phase complete renovation begun in 2023 which is scheduled to be completed by June 8, 2024. The photos and descriptions in this listing pre-date the renovations. As soon as updated photos and descriptions are available, this listing will be updated.
