The setting is magical, just overlooking the river, beautiful house with gorgeous terrace, lovely bedrooms, yummy breakfast. Easy walking distance from eatery’s & shops. "The chateau is set in a beautiful location and our room overlooking the lake was superb and very comfortable. Excellent breakfast and our hosts Dave and Adam made us very welcome, more like house guests!! We arrived rather late but they even escorted us to a local bistro so that we could find some dinner as the peaceful chateau location is set in deep countryside and nothing local was open at this late hour - they went above and beyond to assist us! A charming and memorable experience! "

"Everything you need for a wind-down in the country. All you could need is provided in the clean and comfortable gite. Not quite silence - there are sheep a couple of fields away and the hum of insects gorging on the flowers. Walks through the fields and woods in the area from the front door. "We loved our stay here. The gite is huge - massive large living space, large bedrooms (with very comfy beds) and a big walk in shower with double sink layout. Although the site is shared with another Gite and BandB guests the layout means everyone has total privacy and only the pool is shared. Beautiful gardens out the back - horses to pet in the paddock. So peaceful and calm, we loved it. A little remote - 15-20 mins drive to nearest shops."
